PINELLAS PARK -- Neighbors who don't want to look out their front doors and see a cell phone tower will have another chance to ask a city board to prevent the structure from being built. The Planning and Zoning Commission last week agreed to table a proposal to build the tower in the area bounded roughly by 84th and 85th avenues N and 65th Street. Commission members deadlocked over a recommendation allowing the tower to be built. Because some members were absent, it was decided to table the item until Sept. 7, when all would have a chance to vote.
