PINELLAS PARK -- Lowe's is one step closer to replacing the Mustang Flea Market with a home center. The Planning and Zoning Commission last week unanimously recommended that the City Council approve the do-it-yourself giant's plans to build a shopping center with grocery store at 7301 Park Blvd.
The newest plans show a drive-through pharmacy on the eastern side of the grocery store to enhance traffic flow in the parking lot. The plans also show landscaping on the east and south sides of the retention pond, providing a pleasant sight for the store's neighbors to the northwest, company spokesmen said.
