WILD WILDLIFE: Beginning today, the Plainsmen Gallery will offer an exhibit "Reality and Beyond" featuring whimsical print and sculptures by fantasy artist James Christensen and wildlife artists Diane Pierce, Dennis Logsdon and Ernest Simmons. The show will continue through Aug. 31. The hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The gallery is at 2450 Sunset Point Road Suite A, Clearwater. FILL THE BILL: The Painted Fish Gallery is presenting an exhibit of hand-colored etchings of herons and egrets by Tampa artist John Costin through Sept. 2. SUNSETS AT PIER 60: Celebrate the end of the day with a festival of arts, crafts and entertainment from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Pier 60 Pavilion on Clearwater Beach. Tonight, it's Suzette Jennings and Mood Swings; Saturday, it's Retroactive (1980s dance music); Sunday, it's Island Boys (Caribbean music). Free.
