Venus de Milo in Twentieth Century Art -- Disarmingly charming, the ancient icon translated in fine art and popular culture, appears many times and ways over at the Salvador Dali Museum.
underCURRENT/overVIEW5 -- Fifth in Tampa Museum of Art's summer series expands to include talents beyond Hillsborough and Pinellas. Also on view are contemporary art glass from the Basch collection.
Jack Dowd's Last Call -- Sarasota-based artist looks to New York for a whimsical life-size bar scene. Also on view: treasures from contemporary permanent collection. West Galleries, Ringling Museum of Art.
