1. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT N LAKEVIEW DRIVE, AUG. 3, 9:50 A.M: A southbound 1998 Chevrolet ran a red light and hit an eastbound 2000 Nissan turning left onto N Lakeview Drive. The Chevy driver, an 18-year-old woman, was charged for disobeying a traffic signal. She was taken to University Community Hospital-Carrollwood.

2. CARROLLWOOD SPRINGS BOULEVARD AT DALE MABRY HIGHWAY, AUG. 3, 12:26 P.M: An eastbound 1996 Nissan rear-ended a 1993 Nissan stopped at a stop sign. The 1996 Nissan Driver, a 19-year-old man, was charged for careless driving, operating an unregistered vehicle and having no proof of insurance.

3. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT FLETCHER AVENUE, AUG. 3, 1 P.M: A southbound 1995 Chrysler turned left into the path of a northbound 1995 Ford while talking on a cell phone. The Chrysler driver, a 43-year-old woman, was cited for a right of way violation. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital-Carrollwood.

4. HILLSBOROUGH AVENUE AT SILVERMILL DRIVE, AUG. 3, 4 P.M: A westbound 1992 Buick turning left was hit by an eastbound 1995 Ford. The impact pushed the Buick onto a curb and into a flower bed. The Buick driver, a 20-year-old woman, was charged with a right of way violation and driving with an expired tag. The Ford driver, a 47-year-old man, was charged for having no proof of insurance.

5. NEBRASKA AVENUE AT FLETCHER AVENUE, AUG. 4, 9:08 A.M: A westbound 1995 Jeep slowing to turn right on Nebraska Avenue hit an 18-year-old woman crossing the street. According to the report, the driver's foot slipped off the brake. She was taken to University Community Hospital. The 26-year-old man was charged for failing to yield to a pedestrian.

6. BUSCH BOULEVARD AT ORANGE GROVE DRIVE, AUG. 4, 1 P.M: A westbound 2001 Honda attempted a U-turn from the outside lane of Busch Boulevard and hit a westbound 1992 Honda traveling in the inside lane. The 2001 Honda driver, a 56-year-old man, was charged with a right of way violation. Both drivers and the 1992 Honda passenger, an 18-year-old woman, were taken to University Community Hospital-Carrollwood.

7. COUNTRYWAY BOULEVARD AT HILLSBOROUGH AVENUE, AUG. 4, 1:25 P.M: A westbound 1996 Nissan oversteered a right turn, causing the vehicle to jump a curb, run over a light fixture, hit a concrete wall and flip onto its hood. The driver, an 18-year-old man, was cited for careless driving. He was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

8. INTERSTATE 75 AT FLETCHER AVENUE, AUG. 4, 7:30 P.M: A southbound 1998 Ford hydroplaned on wet pavement, causing it to veer off the road into bushes and trees.

9. SOUTH VILLAGE DRIVE AT FAIRWAY RUN, AUG. 5, 12:10 A.M: An eastbound 1998 Honda swerved into the westbound lanes on South Village Drive and hit a tree. The driver, a 46-year-old man, was charged with careless driving and driving while intoxicated.

10. BEARSS AVENUE AT INTERSTATE 275, AUG. 5, 10:30 A.M: A westbound 2001 Toyota rear-ended a 1989 Mercury stopped at a red light. The 63-year-old Toyota driver was reaching to pick up something from the floorboard before impact. He was charged with careless driving. The Mercury driver, a 79-year-old woman, was taken to University Community Hospital.

11. NEBRASKA AVENUE AT SKIPPER ROAD, AUG. 5, 12:15 P.M: A northbound 1996 Chevrolet rear-ended a 1999 Ford stopped at a red light. The 58-year-old Chevy driver said she was "not paying attention." She was charged with careless driving.

12. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT UNIVERSITY PLAZA, AUG. 5, 12:45 P.M: An eastbound 1995 Toyota was hit by a southbound 1998 Buick. The Toyota driver, a 60-year-old woman, was charged with failure to yield right of way and taken to University Community Hospital.

13. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT VAN DYKE ROAD, AUG. 5, 1:01 P.M: A northbound 1984 Ford rear-ended a 2001 Dodge, which was pushed into a 1995 Nissan. The Ford driver, 21, said her foot slipped off the brakes and hit the accelerator. She was charged with careless driving.

14. FLETCHER AVENUE AT 12TH STREET, AUG. 5, 3 P.M: The 35-year-old passenger riding in the back of a westbound 1985 Chevrolet pickup fell out of the vehicle. He was taken to Tampa General Hospital.

15. SOUTH VILLAGE DRIVE AT CASEY ROAD, AUG. 5, 10:38 P.M: A northbound 1986 GMC swerved and hit a tree on the east side of South Village Drive.

16. GUNN HIGHWAY AT KODI LANE, AUG. 6, 1:40 A.M: A northbound 1996 Isuzu slid on wet pavement, hit a curb and flipped onto its roof. The driver, a 21-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving.

17. NEBRASKA AVENUE AT BEARSS AVENUE, AUG. 6, 6:57 A.M: A northbound 1997 Subaru turning left into a private driveway was hit by a southbound 2000 Ford. The Subaru driver, a 19-year-old woman, was charged for turning left in front of approaching traffic. Her passenger, a 19-year-old woman, was taken to University Community Hospital.

18. LUTZ-LAKE FERN ROAD AT SIERRA PINES BOULEVARD, AUG. 6, 5:45 P.M: A westbound 2002 Chevrolet rear-ended a 2000 Ford stopped for traffic. No charges were filed.

19. DAWNVIEW DRIVE AT CASHMERE LANE, AUG. 6, 6:20 P.M: A southbound 1998 Nissan rear-ended a 2000 Hyundai stopped for traffic. The Nissan driver, a 19-year-old man, was charged with careless driving. The Hyundai passenger, a 12-year-old boy, was taken to University Community Hospital-Carrollwood.

20. HILLSBOROUGH AVENUE AT COUNTRYWAY BOULEVARD, AUG. 6, 8:20 P.M: To avoid hitting a cat in the road, a westbound 1999 Acura swerved into a pond.

21. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT LUTZ-LAKE FERN ROAD, AUG. 7, 11:32 A.M: A southbound 1998 Chevrolet swerved, ran into a ditch and rolled onto its side. The driver, a 32-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving. The driver and passenger, a 12 year-old girl, were taken to University Community Hospital.

22. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT TAMPA PALMS BOULEVARD, AUG. 7, 11:55 A.M: A southbound 1991 Buick rear-ended a 1999 Ford stopped for traffic. The Buick driver, a 24-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

23. N 15TH STREET AT E 131ST AVENUE, AUG. 7, 12 P.M: A southbound 1993 Ford running a red light was hit by an eastbound 1995 GMC. The Ford driver, a 37-year-old woman, was charged with disobeying a traffic signal and driving with a suspended license.

24. FLETCHER AVENUE AT NEBRASKA AVENUE, AUG. 7, 4 P.M: A westbound 1991 Ford turning right rear-ended a 2001 Chevrolet.

25. NEBRASKA AVENUE AT 140TH STREET, AUG. 7, 4:30 P.M: A southbound 2001 Mercury turned left into the path of a northbound 1987 Cadillac. The Mercury driver, a 77-year-old man, was charged with violating the right of way.

26. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT STALL ROAD, AUG. 7, 4:44 P.M: A northbound 1997 GMC skidded and spun across the median and hit a southbound 2001 Pontiac. The GMC then crossed back into northbound traffic and struck a 1999 Oldsmobile. The GMC driver, a 21-year-old man, was charged with failure to use due care.

27. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT EHRLICH ROAD, AUG. 7, 8:43 P.M: A southbound 1990 Honda traveling 60 mph rear-ended a 1995 Chrysler stopped for traffic. The Honda driver, a 23-year-old man, was cited for careless driving. The Honda driver and the Chrysler driver, a 41-year-old man, were taken to Tampa General and St. Joseph's hospitals.

28. BEARSS AVENUE AT SKIPPER ROAD, AUG. 8, 6:20 A.M: A westbound 1993 Pontiac rear-ended a 1998 Toyota stopped for traffic. The Pontiac driver, a 19-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving.

29. BEARSS AVENUE AT 22ND STREET, AUG. 8, 9:18 A.M: An eastbound 1997 Oldsmobile ran a red light and hit a westbound 1990 Chevrolet turning left on a green arrow. The Oldsmobile driver was charged with running a red light. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital.

30. BEARSS AVENUE AT ZAMBITO ROAD, AUG. 8, 10:54 A.M: An 82-year-old driver in a 1994 Buick, turning left into a medical complex, collided head-on with an eastbound 1995 Toyota driven by a 35-year-old woman. The Buick driver, who was injured, was charged with violating the right of way.

31. GUNN HIGHWAY AT S MOBLEY ROAD, AUG. 8, 3:36 P.M: A northbound 1996 GMC traveling 45 mph rear-ended 1991 Ford stopped for traffic. The impact pushed the Ford into a 2000 Nissan. The GMC driver, a 16-year-old male, was charged with careless driving. The Ford passenger, a 17-year-old male, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

32. LINEBAUGH AVENUE AT PLANTATION BOULEVARD, AUG. 8, 6:46 P.M: A westbound 1999 Ford jackknifed as it tried to stop at the intersection, hitting an eastbound 1993 Chevrolet. The Ford driver, a 29-year-old man, was charged for following too closely.

33. 18TH STREET AT BEARSS AVENUE, AUG. 8, 10:12 P.M: A 1979 Ford traveling north on 18th Street struck a pedestrian in the crosswalk. The 55-year-old Ford driver was not charged. The 34-year-old pedestrian was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

34. GUNN HIGHWAY AT NIXON ROAD, AUG. 9, 4:41 A.M: A 1991 Mercury was traveling south in the northbound lanes of Gunn Highway when it hit a northbound 2001 Nissan. The driver, a 42-year-old woman, was given a sobriety test and charged with careless driving. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital-Carrollwood.

35. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT STALL ROAD, AUG. 9, 7:12 A.M: A westbound 1983 Datsun turned left into the path of an eastbound 1998 Chrysler driven by a 66-year-old man. The 29-year-old Datsun driver was charged with violation of right of way and driving with a suspended driver's license.

36. GUNN HIGHWAY AT DALE MABRY HIGHWAY, AUG. 9, 2 P.M: An eastbound 2000 Chevrolet turning left hit a westbound 1985 Honda. The impact pushed the Honda into a southbound 1989 Dodge stopped for traffic. The Chevy driver, a 35-year-old woman, was charged with a right of way violation. The Honda driver, a 21-year-old woman was taken to Town & Country Hospital.

37. RACE TRACK ROAD AT GUNN HIGHWAY, AUG. 9, 3:27 P.M: A westbound 1972 Mack truck swerved and hit a telephone pole.

38. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT ST. CROIX DRIVE, AUG. 9, 5:40 P.M: A northbound 1995 Nissan rear-ended a 1990 Honda. The Nissan driver, a 21-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving. The Honda driver, a 30-year-old man, was taken to University Community Hospital.

39. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT NORTHDALE BOULEVARD, AUG. 9, 8:39 P.M: An unknown northbound vehicle rear-ended a 2000 Mazda stopped for a traffic signal. The vehicle then fled the scene.
