FINANCIAL: Monroe & Giordano, 777 South Harbour Island Blvd., Suite 140, Tampa, arranged the following loan: Ridge Manor manufactured home community, 170 home site community, 1301 Polk City Road, Haines City, $2.95-million.

Florida Bond & Mortgage Inc., 2600 Dr. M.L. King (Ninth) St. N, Suite 600, St. Petersburg, arranged the following loan: Ocean Point Hotel, consisting of a 350-space parking garage, restaurant, lobby bar, pool bar, sandwich shop, health club and 4,000 square feet of meeting space and pool and outdoor meeting space, 17375 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, $3-million.
