Reduced-price meals available

Parents must fill out an application each year for their children to receive free or reduced price meals. The status of free- or reduced-meal applications on file for the 2000-2001 school year will expire Sept. 26. Once an application expires, a child will be required to pay full price for meals until a new application is approved. For information or assistance completing the form, call 726-1931, ext. 2451.

These are the prices for public school meals:

• Elementary school breakfast: $0.65
• Reduced price breakfast: $0.30
• High school breakfast (available at Citrus High School only): $1
• Reduced price breakfast: $0.30
• Elementary school lunch: $1.25.
• Reduced price lunch: $0.40
• Middle school lunch: $1.50
• Reduced price lunch: $0.40
• High school lunch: $1.50
• Reduced price lunch: $0.40
