Labor Day closings

The following is a list of holiday closings and schedule changes for south Pinellas County for Monday.
Government
Federal offices: Closed.
City, county offices: Closed. City Hall in the Mall kiosk at Tyrone Square Mall will be open.
Mail: All U.S. post offices are closed.
Transportation
PSTA: Holiday schedule.
DART: Holiday schedule.
Public services
Banks: Closed.
Courts: Not in session.
Libraries: Closed.
Garbage collection in Madeira Beach, St. Petersburg and Treasure Island: If regular service is Monday, pick-up will be Tuesday; if regular service is Tuesday, pick-up will be Wednesday. Other collection days remain the same. All other residential collections during the week of Sept. 3 will not be changed.
Other closings: Facilities closed include Bayfront Center box office, Times Arena at Bayfront Center and the Mahaffey Theater at Bayfront Center, Business Development Center, Coliseum Ballroom, Enoch Davis Center, municipal marina and Port of St. Petersburg administrative offices, recreation and adult centers, Sunken Gardens and the Sunshine Center.
For water or sewer emergencies: Call the Public Utilities Department, 893-7261.
For police, fire or medical emergencies: Dial 911.
