1. VAN DYKE ROAD AT RAMBLEWOOD ROAD, AUG. 17, 6:20 A.M.: An eastbound 1998 Lincoln truck turned left into the path of a westbound 1989 Chevrolet truck. The Lincoln driver, a 47-year-old man, was charged with violation of right of way.

2. GUNN HIGHWAY AT S MOBLEY ROAD, AUG. 17, 7:55 A.M.: A southbound 1997 Ford rear-ended a 1994 Mitsubishi, pushing the Mitsubishi into the rear of a 1992 Ford truck. The Ford driver, a 52-year-old woman, was charged with following too closely.

3. WATERS AVENUE AT SHELDON ROAD, AUG. 17, 10:10 A.M.: A westbound 1994 Toyota rear-ended a 2000 Dodge truck. The Toyota driver, a 26-year-old woman, was charged with following too closely.

4. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT HIGHWOOD PRESERVE PARKWAY, AUG. 17, 1:58 P.M.: A southbound 1998 Chevrolet rear-ended a 2001 Mazda. The Chevrolet driver, a 25-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving. The passengers in the Mazda, an 81-year-old man and an 82-year-old woman, were taken to University Community Hospital.

5. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT DONA MICHELE DRIVE, AUG. 17, 3:25 P.M.: A northbound 1996 Oldsmobile rear-ended a 1996 Ford, pushing the Ford into the rear of a 1996 Chevrolet. The Oldsmobile driver, a 16-year-old boy, was charged with careless driving.

6. BEARSS AVENUE AT SMITTER ROAD, AUG. 17, 10:44 P.M.: An eastbound 2001 Dodge van made a U-turn into the path of an eastbound 1998 Saturn. The Dodge driver, a 50-year-old woman, was charged with improper U-turn. The injured were taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

7. LINEBAUGH AVENUE AT TRASK STREET, AUG. 18, 9:30 A.M.: A westbound 1998 Toyota truck turned left into the path of an eastbound 1987 Chevrolet. The Toyota driver, a 36-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way.

8. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT UNIVERSITY PLAZA DRIVE, AUG. 18, 11:22 A.M.: An eastbound 1990 Chevrolet truck pulled out of a private drive and crossed the southbound lanes into the path of a southbound 1998 GMC truck. The Chevrolet driver, a 69-year-old man, was charged with failure to yield and taken to University Community Hospital.

9. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT FLETCHER AVENUE, AUG. 18, 8:40 P.M.: A southbound 1992 Jeep truck rear-ended a 1989 Oldsmobile. The Jeep driver, an 18-year-old man, was charged with careless driving. A passenger in the Oldsmobile, a 39-year-old woman, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

10. TAMPA PALMS BOULEVARD AT DERRY WAY, AUG. 18, 10:40 P.M.: A deer ran out into the path of a westbound 2000 Chrysler. The driver, a 63-year-old man, braked but hit the deer head-on. 11. HUNTERS GREEN DRIVE AT ESPRIT DRIVE, AUG. 19, 5:20 A.M.: An eastbound 1996 Acura was traveling 60 mph in a 30 mph zone when the driver lost control. The vehicle veered off the road, hit two light poles and brick sign. The vehicle fled the scene and broke down a short distance away. The driver initially denied driving the vehicle and was charged with careless driving, hit-and-run and driving with a suspended license.

12. VAN DYKE ROAD AT DARBY LANE, AUG. 19, 6:35 A.M.: An eastbound 1990 Mitsubishi tried to pass a vehicle and hit a westbound 1974 GMG truck head-on.

13. FLETCHER AVENUE AT 15TH STREET, AUG. 19, 10:20 P.M.: A northbound 1987 Oldsmobile turned left into the path of an eastbound 1996 Ford van. The Oldsmobile driver, a 32-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way and no proof of insurance. The driver also had slurred speech and glassy eyes. A DUI patrol unit was requested. 14. E 132ND AVENUE AT 23RD STREET, AUG. 20, 2:25 P.M.: A 9-year-old girl leaving a school bus darted into the road and was hit by a northbound 1998 Toyota truck. The girl was not crossing at a crosswalk and a school bus blocked the driver's view. The girl was taken to University Community Hospital.

15. LINEBAUGH AVENUE AT ANDERSON ROAD, AUG. 20, 4:50 P.M.: An eastbound 1988 Dodge van rear-ended a 1998 Mazda that was slowing for traffic.

16. PLANTATION BOULEVARD AT WILLOW BREA DRIVE, AUG. 20, 5:27 P.M.: A northbound 1987 GMC van lost control, went off the road and hit a light pole. The driver, a 40-year-old man, was treated at the scene and released.

17. GUNN HIGHWAY AT CEDAR FOREST DRIVE, AUG. 20, 6 P.M.: An eastbound 1995 Lexus rear-ended a 1993 Honda as it slowed to make a right turn. The Honda driver, a 26-year-old woman, was taken to Tampa General Hospital.

18. ANDERSON ROAD AT STREAMSIDE DRIVE, AUG. 20, 6:35 P.M.: A westbound 2001 Nissan turned left into the path of a northbound 1996 Jeep truck. The Nissan driver, an 18-year-old woman, was taken to University Community Hospital with minor injuries.

19. FLETCHER AVENUE AT 42ND STREET, AUG. 20, 7:22 P.M.: A westbound 1998 Kia rear-ended another 1998 Kia. The first driver, a 19-year-old woman, was charged with no proof of insurance and careless driving.

20. LIVINGSTON AVENUE AT E 148TH AVENUE, AUG. 21, 7:50 A.M.: A southbound 1994 Toyota swerved to avoid a 1999 Mitsubishi but rear-ended it and a bus stop sign. The Toyota driver, a 20-year-old man, was charged with careless driving and no proof of insurance.

21. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT 138TH AVENUE, AUG. 21, 3 P.M.: A 22-year-old man was headed south on a 1998 Honda motorcycle when he said he felt like he hit an oil spot. He locked the brakes, causing it to turn the wheel and eject him onto the pavement. The man got up and was headed toward the motorcycle when another oncoming vehicle hit the motorcycle. 22. CROSS CREEK BOULEVARD AT BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD, AUG. 21, 5:15 P.M.: An eastbound 1997 Toyota sped up to get in front of a large truck because the lanes merged. The Toyota could not merge in time, hit orange traffic cones and rear-ended a 1995 Ford truck. The Ford was pushed into the rear of a 1999 Chevrolet truck. The Toyota driver, a 23-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving.

23. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT EHRLICH ROAD, AUG. 21, 6:25 P.M.: A southbound 1995 Lexus turned left into the path of a northbound 1997 Ford truck. The Lexus driver, a 18-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way.

24. FLETCHER AVENUE AT 22ND STREET, AUG. 21, 6:55 P.M.: An eastbound 1993 Chevrolet truck rear-ended a 1996 Toyota truck, pushing the Toyota into the rear of a 1990 Buick. The Buick driver, a 29-year-old man, was taken to University Community Hospital.

25. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT AMBERLY DRIVE, AUG. 21, 10:30 P.M.: A southbound 1996 Toyota ran a red light into the path of a westbound 1995 Chevrolet truck as it turned left at a green arrow. The Toyota driver, an 18-year-old man, was charged with running a red light and taken to University Community Hospital.

26. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT PALM SPRINGS BOULEVARD, AUG. 22, 9:08 A.M.: A southbound unknown vehicle rear-ended a 1993 Jeep after it had completed a U-turn. The unknown vehicle fled the scene.

27. NEWKIRK DRIVE AT LAKESHORE ROAD, AUG. 22, 1:10 P.M.: A 1992 Saturn turned left into the path of a bicyclist crossing the street. The bicyclist was thrown onto the windshield of the Saturn and fell onto the ground. The Saturn driver, a 29-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way. The cyclist was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

28. CITRUS PARK DRIVE AT SHELDON ROAD, AUG. 22, 7:08 P.M.: An eastbound 1999 Honda was driving through a Circle K parking lot and hit a large metal sign head-on.

29. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT BEARSS AVENUE, AUG. 23, 12:30 P.M.: An 89-year-old man was headed east in a 1996 Mercury through a Publix parking lot when he hit the accelerator instead of the brakes. The Mercury hit the front of a support column.

30. FLETCHER AVENUE AT 23RD STREET, AUG. 23, 2:25 P.M.: An eastbound 1993 Honda rear-ended a 1996 Mitsubishi as it slowed for traffic ahead.

31. EHRLICH ROAD AT N VILLAGE DRIVE, AUG. 23, 5 P.M.: A westbound 1999 Lexus truck rear-ended a 1997 Ford. The Ford driver, a 33-year-old man, was taken to his chiropractor. The Lexus driver, a 46-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving.

32. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT HIGHWOODS PRESERVE PARKWAY, AUG. 23, 5:45 P.M.: A southbound 1998 Pontiac rear-ended a 2001 Honda. The Pontiac driver, a 43-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving and no proof of insurance.

33. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT BEARSS AVENUE, AUG. 23, 5:50 P.M.: A northbound 2001 Ford van pulled out of private property into the path of a westbound 1990 Honda. The Ford driver, a 27-year-old man, was taken to University Community Hospital with neck and back injuries.

34. TAMPA PALMS BOULEVARD AT AMBERLY DRIVE, AUG. 23, 6:25 P.M.: A westbound 1994 Nissan went off the road and hit several palm trees. The driver, a 17-year-old boy, said a dog ran out in front of him. The teen admitted to speeding and was charged with careless driving.
