Times recommends© St. Petersburg Times, published September 3, 2000 In Tuesday's primary elections, most voters should have more opportunities to vote because of two constitutional changes: 1. All school board elections are now non-partisan. 2. Party primaries where there is no opposition in the general election are now open to all voters. We have studied the candidates and have previously published detailed recommendations, which are available online at http://www.sptimes.com (look for the Know Your Candidates button).
