RECORD: 45-35 (.563) in five seasons.

LAST YEAR: Led the Bucs to a 10-6 regular-season record, including a 7-2 finish, to advance to the playoffs for the third time in his five years at Tampa Bay. A season-ending loss at Green Bay cost the Bucs a first-round bye and a home playoff game, forcing them to travel to Philadelphia for a wild card game, which they lost 21-3.
