Rain puts off title opener

DUNEDIN -- Game 1 of the best-of-five league championship series between Daytona and Dunedin will have to wait at least a day.

The series was supposed to start Thursday, but the game was rained out. The teams will try again at 7 tonight at Dunedin Stadium.

Yan LaChappelle is the scheduled starter for Dunedin and Mike Wuertz for Daytona.
