Auburndale 12, East Bay 10

The teams combined for 201 penalty yards, but the Bloodhounds took advantage of a late interception to hold off the Indians, 12-10.

After getting back in the game with a long touchdown drive in the third quarter, East Bay had an opportunity to take the lead when it recovered an Auburndale fumble in the fourth quarter. But the drive was halted on fourth down with 3:50 remaining. East Bay had one last chance after it got the ball back with 27.8 seconds remaining, but Youmans was intercepted.

PLAY OF THE GAME: Auburndale picked off Bruce Youmans's pass on the first play after the free kick. The Bloodhounds then killed the clock to preserve the victory.

PLAYERS OF THE GAME: In addition to keeping the East Bay ground game in check from his defensive end position, Davis rushed for 107 yards and a touchdown.

KEY STATISTIC: East Bay had two third-quarter touchdowns nullified by chop-block penalties.
