Quarterback Brad Johnson on people underestimating the Cowboys: "I don't think people have given (them) enough credit. They played very well today. They've got some Pro Bowl players and a couple of Hall of Famers over there. I've played those guys so many times. We saw exactly what you get when you play the Dallas Cowboys."
Running back Warrick Dunn on the slim margin of victory: "That was too close for comfort. We made a lot of mistakes offensively: my fumble, the interception. It was frustrating because we didn't take advantage of our opportunities."
Linebacker Shelton Quarles on keeping Emmitt Smith from moving into second place all time in rushing:
"Emmitt is a great back and he's going to make his yards, but I thought we did a good job of containing him and not letting him get that record, which was our main focus."
Quarles on not winning by a bigger margin: "It doesn't matter. They all count as one win. As long as we have a W on the scoreboard at the end of the game, that's all that counts."
Linebacker Al Singleton on special-teams miscues: "We're going to hear it (from special-teams coach Joe Marciano)."
Safety John Lynch on the Cowboys defense: "It was like watching our defense."
Receiver Keyshawn Johnson on fans frustrated by the offense: "If they want to scream and holler in the newspapers and radio shows, that's fine. Otherwise, I say, 'Just stay with us. Stay with us.' "
