Still time to "Swing'

This weekend is the last chance to catch Swing! Swing! Swing! The revue, starring Quentin Darrington and Kissy Simmons, begins in the 1930s, with music by legendary bandleaders Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller and Count Basie. It follows swing's postwar evolution from jazz singers like Billie Holiday to modern bands like the Cherry Poppin' Daddies. Performances are 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 4 p.m. Sunday in the Jaeb Theater of Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. Tickets: $23.50-$26.50. (813) 229-7827.
