    Ceremony to honor victims of attacks

    Pinellas County will hold a special ceremony to honor those who lost their lives in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks at 8:45 a.m. today on the steps of the Old Courthouse, 324 S Fort Harrison Ave., downtown Clearwater.

    The ceremony will include patriotic music, speeches and the presentation of memorial wreaths to emergency workers and a local resident who survived the World Trade Center attack. Fort Harrison Avenue will be closed between Court and Chestnut streets from 8 to 10 a.m.
