Free or reduced-cost mammograms for eligible women

Women 50 or older in Pinellas County may be eligible for free or reduced-cost mammograms from the Pinellas County Health Department.
Women who might qualify are those without health insurance, low-income recipients or those on Medicare.
Included in the appointments are a clinical breast exam and a free Pap smear test to detect cancer of the cervix in its earliest stages.
To make an appointment or for information, call the Health Department at 824-6917 or 824-6900. The facility is at 500 Seventh Ave. S, St. Petersburg.
