Homeowners get developer's seats on associationBy Times staff writer © St. Petersburg Times, published October 1, 2000 WESTCHASE -- Terrabrook, the developer of Westchase, will turn over its six seats on the 11-member community association board in October, and all 11 seats will be up for election. Because the development is nearing build out, Terrabrook will relinquish its seats to homeowners. The board started the process Thursday by establishing a nominating committee that will encourage residents to run. Anyone can run for a seat and nominations will be accepted the first two weeks of November. The Westchase Residents Advisory Committee, with a single representative from each of the 13 villages, will do the voting in early December.
