UniversityFor several years, the place was the Born to Ride Saloon, run by Rigau's wife, Kathy. But late last year, the Rigaus signed up a new tenant, Paul Allen, publisher of the regional motorcycle magazine, Full Throttle. Allen touted plans to broaden the restaurant's appeal to classic-car buffs and students, without losing a motorcycle focus. He named it the Full Throttle Cafe Alas, Roger Rigau says that Allen and his partners were too busy publishing to run the restaurant. It closed in early summer. A new tenant posted a sign in June for S.L.A.M., advertising a breakfast buffet and dancing till 7 a.m. "He wanted to have a rave there, but I wouldn't let him," Rigau said. "He's going to do the biker thing." Citrus ParkPIPO'S LATIN CAFE UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP: A popular restaurant at Citrus Park Town Center is changing hands.
