Adgale was joint venture accounting manager for WCI Communities, Fort Myers. COMMUNICATIONS: Kelvin Cobb has been promoted to account manager for Verizon Wireless' indirect sales operations in west-central Florida. Cobb was an associate, supervisor and trainer for Verizon's customer care organization. ENGINEERING: Lauren A. Decker has been named project manager in the Land Development Program for Bayside Engineering, Tampa. Decker was a design engineer and permit reviewer for the Southwest Florida Water Management District. HEALTH CARE: Mary Wadford has been named clinic operations manager for the Genitourinary Oncology Clinic and Radiation Therapy at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, Tampa. Wadford was clinical coordinator for oncology at the Watson Clinic in Lakeland. LEGAL: Timothy M. Cerio has been named to the Florida Bay Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors. Cerio is an associate at the law firm of Gray Harris Robinson Shackleford Farrior, Tampa. Trenam, Kemker, Scharf, Barkin, Frye, O'Neill & Mullis, Tampa, announced the following: Rebecca Steele has been elected president of the Nathan B. Stubbfield Foundation, which owns and operates WMNF-FM 88.5; Steve Tabano has been named to the Volunteers of America of Florida Board of Directors; and Robert "Bob" Buesing was named to the Leadership Florida Class of 2001-2002. Steele is an associate; Tabano is a partner; and Buesing is partner and member of the management committee. Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council has named its board directors for 2001-2002: Linda A.
