NOTES: FAMU continues its slow climb up the rankings. The Rattlers are No. 17 in the Sports Network Division I-AA poll and No. 6 in the Sheridan Broadcasting Historically Black College Football Poll. This week, conference play heats up against South Carolina State.

NOTES: The last thing B-CC needs is an upset in this conference game, which is what Delaware State did in a 43-29 win in 1999. B-CC's "Wyattbone" offense leads the MEAC with 1,731 yards. Delaware State's "wings and things" offense has to run the ball to succeed, and its 776-yard total is third best in the conference.
