Shops, restaurants lining up for town centerBy Times staff writer © St. Petersburg Times, published October 8, 2000 WESTCHASE -- West Park Village's town center, the cornerstone of the new development's shopping convenience, is about to get under way. Thirteen businesses have signed letters of intent to lease space in the 45,000-square-foot complex of retail shops, restaurants and office space. Debbie Jones, marketing coordinator for the master-planned community, said interested tenants include American and Italian restaurants, a day spa and hair salon, a florist, a boutique and an ice cream parlor. Other potential businesses include a fruit smoothie store, a coffee shop, a dry cleaner, dentist and chiropractor. Names of actual tenants won't be released until contracts are signed, Jones said. © 2006 • All Rights Reserved • Tampa Bay Times
