TAMPA PALMS -- The Tampa Palms Owners Association has agreed to an "unprecedented" installation of Christmas lights at each of the village entrances in Tampa Palms as well as the four main entries to the master-planned community.
Association Manager Maura Lear told the Tampa Palms Community Development District on Wednesday that the lights "should be nothing short of spectacular."
In years past, the association has installed lights only at the main entrances. But Lear said residents wanted more lights this year.
Light Visions out of Riverview has been awarded the contract for the lighting, which is scheduled to begin the weekend after Thanksgiving.
