Carol Ann Estrada is the top listing and top selling associate in Beverly Hills for September. Hugh E. Tolle, MSA, state certified real estate appraiser of Tolle Appraisal Service in Crystal River, recently completed the Appraisal Institute's Advanced Sales Comparison and Cost Approach course in Orlando. The six-day class covered topics ranging from data collection and confirmation procedures to advanced commercial real estate valuation techniques. ERA Suncoast Realty has announced that Greg Rodrick is its newest multimillion-dollar producer. Rodrick joined the Suncoast Team in Oct. 2000 and has achieved this level of production in less than one year. Phillip W. Price, MBA, CPA, with the firm of Price and Co., P.A., recently attended the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants' FSU Fall Accounting Conference in Tallahassee. The seminar highlighted updates on federal tax rulings, financial reporting issues and ways to improve efficiency and client services with data extraction software. Crystal River psychotherapist F. Douglas Stephenson, LCSW, BCD, has been recertified as a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work, a national credential issued to advanced practitioners by the American Board of Examiners in clinical social work. BCD recertification is based on the attainment of high levels of continuing mental health education, currency of practice and maintenance of state licensure. Chris Ensing, president of Southern Exposure Construction Inc., was awarded "Builder of the Year" by the Citrus County Builders Association at its annual installation banquet in August. Ensing served as president of the CCBA for the 2000-01 term. He currently serves on the board of directors and is chairman of the CCBA Annual Fishing Tournament. Christine C. Eck, CPA, has recently returned from a practitioner seminar in Gainesville covering small and mid size businesses. SunTrust Banks Inc. has earmarked $1-million for a two-pronged corporate effort to support the American Red Cross' ongoing relief efforts in the wake of the Sept. 11 national tragedy. SunTrust will donate $500,000 directly to the American Red Cross efforts to aid victims of the attacks and is matching employee contributions up to an additional $500,000 as well. The Economic Development Council of Citrus County will hold its 19th annual Bar-B-Que from 6 to 10 p.m. Nov. 15 at HCR Limestone Ranch in Crystal River. Tickets are $20 per person in advance by Nov. 9, $30 at the gate. Live music, an "open bar saloon," and country and western dress will be part of the program. For information call 795-2000.
