FASHIONING A CHARITY : Saks Fifth Avenue in WestShore Plaza, Tampa, will donate 2 percent of sales, and Off 5th in Prime Outlets, Ellenton, will donate 1 percent of sales on items purchased today through Sunday to national and local breast cancer charities. The contributions are part of Fashion Targets Breast Cancer, an initiative of the Council of Fashion Designers of America.
MINI MAKEOVERS: Makeup artists will be in the bay area this weekend to do mini makeovers and makeup consultations. The Maybelline Lash Discovery Mascara minibus has this schedule: today, 3 to 7 p.m., Eckerd Drugs, 4260 Sixth St. S, St. Petersburg.
