Deputies find bomb

RIDGE MANOR WEST -- Hernando County sheriff's deputies received a tip from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office on Thursday and found a pipe bomb lying in a ditch at Powerline and Kettering roads west of Interstate 75. Sheriff's spokeswoman Deanna Dammer said a deputy took the bomb and plans to explode it at a special field in Tampa today. Authorities did not release any further information as part of their "ongoing investigation."
