Road work

1. INTERSTATE 275, from Busch Boulevard to U.S. 41, will have periodic night-time lane closures. Also watch for construction at Busch Boulevard and Fowler Avenue near the interstate. Work will continue until fall 2002, when the highway will have two new lanes.

2. LUTZ-LAKE FERN ROAD, near the Suncoast Parkway, might have lanes closed between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. for hauling of construction equipment. The project will continue until 2001, when the parkway is scheduled to be finished.

3. TOBACCO ROAD, near the Suncoast Parkway, might have lanes closed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. for hauling of construction equipment. The project will continue until 2001, when the parkway is scheduled to be finished.

4. VAN DYKE ROAD, near the Suncoast Parkway, might have lanes closed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. until the parkway is finished.

5. LINEBAUGH AVENUE, from Plantation Boulevard to N Dale Mabry Highway, will have lanes closed intermittently for roadway improvements until July 2001.

6. EHRLICH ROAD, from Handy Road to Wilshire Drive, will be closed for the replacement of the bridge over Lake Magdalene Canal until Jan. 7.

7. S MOBLEY ROAD, at the intersection of Race Track Road, will have lanes closed for the construction of a driveway attachment until Nov. 23.

8. BEARSS AVENUE, from Lake Magdalene Boulevard to Smitter Road, will have lanes closed for the construction of a deceleration lane for the new library from Wednesday to Nov. 8.

9. IRENE STREET, from Livingston Avenue to 30th Street, will have lanes closed for stormwater improvements until Oct. 31.

10. BEARSS AVENUE, under Interstate 275, will have lanes closed in both directions from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. until Oct. 29.

11. NEBRASKA AVENUE, under Interstate 275, will have lanes closed in both directions from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. until Oct. 29.

12. EHRLICH ROAD, east of Gunn Highway, will have lanes closed for water line installation until Friday.

13. HALF MOON LAKE ROAD, south of Hutchison Road, will have lanes closed for storm drain improvement until Friday.
