Ogburn, a resident in Citrus County since 1980, was inducted into the Realtors Association of Citrus County at the association's regular monthly meeting in June. ERA American Realty and Investments has announced that Kim Spiegel has joined its Inverness office as a sales associate. Spiegel recently came to Citrus County after 10 years in the restaurant business. Nicole Davis, who was the former director of sales and marketing for the Tallahassee Tiger Sharks hockey team, also has joined the company. SunTrust Banks Inc. has earmarked $1-million for a two-pronged corporate effort to support the American Red Cross' ongoing relief efforts in the wake of the Sept. 11 national tragedy. SunTrust will donate $500,000 directly to the American Red Cross efforts to aid victims of the attacks and is matching employee contributions up to an additional $500,000 as well. The Economic Development Council of Citrus County will have its 19th Annual Bar-B-Que from 6 to 10 p.m. Nov. 15 at HCR Limestone Ranch in Crystal River. Tickets are $20 per person if purchased by Nov. 9, or $30 at the gate. Live music, an open bar saloon and country and western dress will be part of the program. For information call 795-2000.
