Pinellas County's current Division I players

Atif Austin, Iowa St. (Tarpon Springs) -- The sophomore starting cornerback has played in all seven games, recording 19 tackles, one interception, five passes defensed and a blocked kick.

Jorma Bailey, Tulsa (East Lake) -- The redshirt freshman tailback has played in four of eight games, returning seven kickoffs for 115 yards.

Kevin Bishop, Maryland (Northeast) -- A starter for nine games last season before tearing a knee ligament, the junior linebacker has appeared in six of seven games this season and made 10 tackles and one interception.

Marquel Blackwell, South Florida (Dixie Hollins) -- The junior is the Bulls' starting quarterback and has thrown for 1,165 yards and nine touchdowns in seven games. He also has 354 yards rushing.

Tchecoy Blount, South Florida (Dixie Hollins) -- The junior defensive end has played in seven games for the Bulls, starting four, and has recorded 10 tackles and one sack.

Heath Boucek, Virginia (Shorecrest) -- The sophomore is a reserve offensive lineman for the Cavaliers.

Tim Carter, Auburn (Lakewood) -- The sophomore receiver has played in all eight games, making 13 receptions for 166 yards and rushing 14 times for 107 yards (7.6 average). Also, Carter completed a 39-yard pass in Auburn's loss to Florida.

Jeremiah Chambliss, Virginia (Pinellas Park) -- The true freshman is a reserve wide receiver for the Cavaliers.

Willie Comerford, Central Florida (Gibbs) -- A transfer from Michigan State, Comerford is a junior offensive lineman.

Jake Covault, Stanford (East Lake) -- The redshirt freshman is listed as a reserve inside linebacker for the Cardinal.

Glenn Davis, South Florida (Dixie Hollins) -- A transfer from Purdue, Davis, a senior defensive back, is a three-year starter and has 33 tackles.

Otis Dixon, South Florida (Clearwater) -- The senior fullback has 133 yards rushing and four touchdowns in six games.

Senica Evans, South Florida (Northeast) -- The true freshman defensive back is redshirting this season.

Mark Feldman, South Florida (Clearwater CC) -- The true freshman tight end has two catches for 35 yards and caught his first touchdown pass last week.

Markese Fitzgerald, Miami (Dixie Hollins) -- A junior, reserve defensive back for the Hurricanes, he has 11 tackles and an interception this season.

Ryan Fowler, Duke (Seminole) -- The true freshman is a starting linebacker for the Blue Devils. Through the first six games he was second on the team with 44 tackles, led the team with four sacks and had an interception.

Nick Franklin, Florida St. (Osceola) -- The senior, who missed 11 games last season due to a torn knee ligament, sustained a another knee injury Saturday and likely is out for the year. He has three catches for 40 yards this season.

Josh Freiesleben, South Florida (Countryside) -- The true freshman is redshirting this season.

Trevor Harris, Wake Forest (Shorecrest) -- The true freshman is a reserve running back for the Demon Deacons.

Demetrice Hall, Central Florida (CCC/Dixie Hollins) -- The true freshman defensive back is redshirting this season.

Tony Hardman, Central Florida (Clearwater) -- The junior linebacker is tied for the team lead in tackles with 74 and has an interception and a sack for the Knights.

Steve Hatley, South Florida (Northeast) -- A senior who was part of the Bulls' first signing class, he has nine tackles in seven games.

Mike Hedge, Central Florida (Clearwater) -- The junior is the Knights' long snapper and has three tackles on special teams.

Ron Hemingway, South Florida (St. Petersburg) -- The redshirt sophomore is a reserve defensive back for the Bulls.

Cory Hess, Colorado St. (Northside Chr.) -- The sophomore is a reserve quarterback for the Rams.

Joe Holt, Virginia (Clearwater) -- The true freshman is a reserve lineman for the Cavaliers.

Chris Iskra, South Florida (Clearwater CC) -- A walk-on freshman, Iskra has four catches for 118 yards and two touchdowns. He leads the team with 29.5 yards per catch.

Eric Jonsson, Florida (Seminole) -- The senior, a walk-on fullback/long snapper, has two carries for 16 yards in seven games for the Gators.

Jay Kulaga, Illinois (Seminole) -- The junior has started the last 19 games for the Illini at left guard.

Frank Lang, Cincinnati (Dunedin) -- The sophomore special teams standout will make his first start of the season at safety Saturday for the Bearcats against Miami of Ohio. He has 12 tackles this season.

Tony Lazzara, Clemson (Shorecrest) -- The sophomore kicker, who was second on the Tigers in scoring last season with 55 points, made his only field-goal attempt and is 6 of 8 on extra points this season.

Brad Leyenaar, Syracuse (East Lake) -- The true freshman is a reserve offensive lineman for the Orangemen.

Casey Loesch, Georgia Tech (St. Petersburg) -- The junior, who transferred from South Florida this spring, is listed as a reserve defensive tackle for the Yellow Jackets.

Roy Manns, South Florida (East Lake) -- A senior, four-year starter in the Bulls' secondary, he is second on the team in tackles with 52 and is the USF career leader in interceptions with eight.

Sam Meinrod, Air Force (East Lake) -- The junior strong safety has started all seven games for the Falcons. He is fifth on the team with 33 tackles, including eight for a loss and three sacks, and also has four passes defensed and a fumble recovery.

Chris Meyer, Connecticut (Clearwater) -- The true freshman defensive back has played in five of seven games for the Huskies, recording 24 tackles and two passes defensed.

Clint Mitchell, Florida (Countryside) -- The redshirt freshman has started three games at defensive end and has 17 tackles, a sack and a forced fumble for the Gators.

Jay Mize, South Florida (East Lake) -- The senior defensive back has 23 tackles for the Bulls despite missing three games with a herniated disc.

Casey Moore, Stanford (St. Petersburg Catholic) -- The sophomore fullback, in his second year as a starter, has played in all seven games, garnering 34 carries for 136 yards (4.0 average) and one touchdown.

Theo Mougros, Clemson (Tarpon Springs) -- The senior guard, who started 11 games last season before sustaining a torn knee ligament in the Tigers' bowl game, has played in one game this season.

Patrick Newton, Florida St. (Shorecrest) -- A walk-on, the sophomore earned a scholarship this season. He is a reserve defensive back and special teams standout who had a career-high five tackles against Maryland.

Chad Nikolic, Air Force (Dixie Hollins) -- The true freshman is a reserve kicker for the Falcons.

Cory Porter, South Florida (Tarpon Springs) -- The senior wide receiver has two catches for eight yards for the Bulls.

Jamonte Robinson, Missouri (St. Petersburg Catholic) -- The junior, in his second year as a starter for the Tigers, is fifth on the team in tackles with 31, including five for loss and three sacks, and has a pass defensed and fumble recovery.

Nick Romeo, Syracuse (East Lake) -- The redshirt freshman is the starting center for the Orangemen and has played in all seven games.

DeAndrew Rubin, South Florida (Dixie Hollins) -- The sophomore receiver has 14 catches for 132 yards and two touchdowns for the Bulls.

David Schmidgall, Georgia Tech (Countryside) -- The junior, former walk-on is the starting center for the Yellow Jackets.

Justin Smith, Notre Dame (Lakewood) -- The senior safety has played in three games and recorded one tackle.

Kyle Tafelski, Central Michigan (Countryside) -- The redshirt freshman is listed as a reserve linebacker for the Chippewas.

Terrance Williams, Central Florida (Clearwater) -- A starter last season at tailback for the Knights, Williams is redshirting this season after undergoing surgery in the spring.
