1. SAILFISH DRIVE AT LAKE CARLTON ARMS DRIVE, OCT. 12, 2:15 A.M.: A northbound 1997 Honda lost control, hitting a curb and an eastbound 1995 Honda head-on. The impact caused the Honda to hit the side of an eastbound 1996 Dodge, pushing the Dodge into the side of a parked 1995 BMW. The Honda driver, a 26-year-old woman, was treated at the scene for a minor scrape to her right arm; she was charged with DUI with property damage.

2. EHRLICH ROAD AT TURNER ROAD, OCT. 12, 8:20 A.M.: A southbound 1995 Toyota truck pulled out of a parking lot into the path of a westbound 1996 Ford. The Toyota driver, a 39-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way.

3. GUNN HIGHWAY AT EHRLICH ROAD, OCT. 12, 9:40 A.M.: An eastbound 1988 Jeep truck turned left into the path of a northbound Dodge van. The Dodge veered to the right and hit a westbound 1995 Land Rover truck head-on. The Jeep driver, a 39-year-old woman, was charged with driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance and violation of a traffic control device.

4. 15TH STREET AT 122ND AVENUE, OCT. 12, 3:54 P.M.: A 6-year-old boy ran into the path of a northbound 1988 Oldsmobile. The boy was taken to University Community Hospital.

5. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT TAMPA PALMS BOULEVARD, OCT. 13, 7:36 A.M.: A southbound 1998 Toyota ran a red light into the path of a northbound 1997 Dodge truck. The Toyota skidded 15 feet and spun clockwise. The Dodge overturned onto its side. The Toyota driver, a 19-year-old woman, was charged with violation of a traffic control device, safety belt violation and driving with a suspended license.

6. NORTHDALE BOULEVARD AT DAWNVIEW DRIVE, OCT. 13, 5:54 P.M.: A westbound 1999 Nissan crossed the median and hit a concrete wall. The driver, a 25-year-old man, stated that he swerved to avoid an animal. He was charged with DUI with property damage.

7. NEBRASKA AVENUE AT CRYSTAL LAKE ROAD, OCT. 14, 8:13 P.M.: A northbound 1997 Pontiac turned left into the path of a southbound 1989 Ford. The impact pushed the Pontiac into the side of an eastbound 1995 Honda that was stopped for a red light. The Pontiac driver, a 23-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way. The Pontiac driver and the Ford driver, a 57-year-old woman, were taken to University Community Hospital.

8. MEMORIAL HIGHWAY AT HILLSBOROUGH AVENUE, OCT. 14, 5:35 P.M.: A southbound 1999 Mercury rear-ended a 2000 Ford truck, pushing the Ford into the rear of a 1996 Acura. The Mercury driver, a 23-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

9. U.S. 41 AT LUTZ-LAKE FERN ROAD, OCT. 15, 6:11 A.M.: A southbound 1991 Ford truck skidded 118 feet before rear-ending a 1997 Ford police vehicle that was stopped for a red light. The 1991 Ford driver, a 53-year-old man, was charged with careless driving. The 1997 Ford driver, a 60-year-old man, was taken to a walk-in clinic with minor injuries.

10. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT MAPLEDALE BOULEVARD, OCT. 15, 7:40 A.M.: A 17-year-old boy crossed against a red light into the path of a southbound 1997 Chevrolet. The Chevrolet fled the scene but was later located. The Chevrolet driver, a 55-year-old woman, was charged with leaving the scene with injury and taken to the county jail. The boy was taken to University Community Hospital Carrollwood.

11. SUMMERWIND DRIVE AT GRAINARY AVENUE, OCT. 15, 8:50 A.M.: An eastbound 2001 Dodge van pulled out into the path of a southbound 1978 Ford truck. The Dodge driver, a 42-year-old man, was charged with violation of right of way. The Ford driver, a 28-year-old man, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

12. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT 138TH AVENUE, OCT. 15, 5:20 P.M.: A northbound 2000 Ford van rear-ended a 1993 Nissan, pushing the Nissan into the rear of a 1995 Volkswagen. The Ford driver, a year-old, was charged with careless driving. The Nissan driver, a 20-year-old woman, was taken to University Community Hospital.

13. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT LAKE CARROLL WAY, OCT. 15, 7:45 P.M.: A southbound 2000 Pontiac rear-ended a 1995 Toyota. The Pontiac driver, a 47-year-old man, said he is a mechanic and was testing the brakes that he just worked on.

14. FLORIDA AVENUE AT FLORAL DRIVE, OCT. 16, 8 A.M.: An eastbound 2000 Pontiac turned left into the path of a southbound 2000 Mitsubishi. The Pontiac driver, a 45-year-old woman, was charged with no proof of insurance and violation of right of way. The Mitsubishi driver, a 34-year-old woman, was charged with no proof of insurance. The injured were taken to St. Joseph's and University Community hospitals.

15. NORTH BOULEVARD AT GATEWAY LANE, OCT. 16, 8:19 A.M.: A westbound 1998 Nissan turned left into the path of a northbound 1989 Pontiac. The Pontiac went off the road and hit a metal fence and telephone box. The Nissan driver, a 36-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way and taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

16. HUTCHISON ROAD AT HALF MOON LAKE ROAD, OCT. 16, 10:15 P.M.: A northbound 1999 Mitsubishi lost control, went off the road and hit a utility pole. The driver, a 19-year-old man, said that two cars in front of him hit the brakes suddenly.

17. FLETCHER AVENUE AT NEBRASKA AVENUE, OCT. 16, 12:45 P.M.: A westbound 1996 Toyota rear-ended a 2000 Saturn. The Saturn driver, a 43-year-old woman, reported minor injuries but refused treatment.

18. SINCLAIR HILLS DRIVE AT EAST LAKE BURRELL DRIVE, OCT. 17, 7:10 A.M.: An eastbound 1999 Chevrolet lost control around a curve, went off the road and rolled over upside down in a ditch.

19. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT GRENADINE DRIVE, OCT. 17, 4:05 P.M.: A 40-year-old woman was headed south on a bicycle and hit the right side of a westbound 2001 Ford after another vehicle obscured the view. The bicyclist was taken to University Community Hospital.

20. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT VAN DYKE ROAD, OCT. 17, 6:01 P.M.: A southbound 1999 Honda rear-ended a 1993 Ford, pushing the Ford into rear of a 2001 Nissan. The impact pushed the Nissan into the rear of a 1997 Pontiac. The Honda driver, a 24-year-old woman, was taken to University Community Hospital.

21. EHRLICH ROAD AT VETERANS EXPRESSWAY, OCT. 18, 12:20 P.M.: An eastbound 1989 Subaru lost control around a curve and hit a telephone pole. The driver, a 39-year-old man, said he was cut off by another vehicle. The witness said there were no other vehicles. The driver was charged with careless driving, no proof of insurance and driving with a suspended license.

22. ANDERSON ROAD AT CEDAR CREEK BOULEVARD, OCT. 18, 4:57 P.M.: An eastbound 1993 Mazda crossed into the path of a westbound 1991 Ford. The Ford driver, a 21-year-old man, was taken to University Community Hospital. The Mazda driver, a 25-year-old woman, had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage and said she had been drinking beer. She performed satisfactory on the sobriety exercises. She was charged with careless driving.

23. CROSS CREEK BOULEVARD AT KINNAN STREET, OCT. 18, 5:35 P.M.: A 9-year-old girl crossed the street into the path of a westbound 1995 Toyota. The Toyota driver, a 25-year-old woman, tried to avoid hitting the girl. The girl was taken to University Community Hospital.
