AUDIO/VISUAL:Jim Engelmann has been named account manager for the creative show services division at Audio Visual Innovations, Tampa. Engelmann was extranet channel marketing manager for VanKampen Investments, Oakbrook, Ill.

BANKING:Northern Trust Bank, Belleair Bluffs, announced the following: Robert J. "Bob" Kline was promoted to managing director; and Penny Hulbert was appointed vice president and senior banking officer. Kline will continue to serve as director of investment and trust sales; Hulbert was senior vice president and credit products manager for Bank of America.

CONSTRUCTION:LukeDavison has been named project manager for Ed Seifried Construction Inc., St. Petersburg. Davison was a RF enclosure specialist for Gavin Industries, Pittsburgh.

CONSULTING: OrlandoAnzola has been named staff consultant for Chitester Management Systems Inc., Tampa. Anzola was a construction claims consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

CONTRACTORS:Doug Bastian has been promoted to corporate vice president for Invincible Associates Inc., Largo. Bastian was vice president of sales and marketing.

FINANCIAL:Douglas Marohn has been promoted to regional director in Tampa for Nicholas Financial Inc., Clearwater. Marohn was branch manager in Longwood.

IMAGING:Xerographics Inc., St. Petersburg, announced the following appointments:Steve Boyt, color products manager;Thomas Bologna, senior account executive; andBrandon Stritch, director of sales. Boyt was regional sales manager for M.G.I. USA Inc., Melbourne; Bologna was a senior account executive with Wood Business Products, Fort Lauderdale; and Stritch was director of sales for an authorized Toshiba dealership in Massachusetts.

INDUSTRIAL:Walter Bennett has been promoted to customer service representative of Florida heat treating facilities for Braddock Quality Metal Treating, Jacksonville. Bennett will be working in the Tampa and Jacksonville facilities. He was plant manager for Braddock in Jacksonville.

LEGAL:Steven A. Anderson has joined the law firm of Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, Tampa, as a partner. Anderson was a partner at the law firm of Becker & Poliakoff, Tampa.

Robert A. Williams has been elected associate vice president of the Pasco Builders Association's board of directors. Williams is an associate with the law firm of Fowler White Boggs and Banker, Tampa.

MEDIA: Julie Byars has been named information center/marketing site manager for the St. Petersburg Times. Byars will manage the information centers at International Plaza and the Ice Palace, Tampa. Byars was a recruitment manager in the human resources department.

NONPROFIT:Maria Eddy has been named director of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the American Liver Foundation, Tampa. Eddy was director of development for Genesis Preparatory School, New Port Richey.

Donna Marino has been named development director for the Florida Cancer Education Network, Tampa. Marino was associate executive director for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Tampa.
