    CLEARWATER COMMISSION: The Clearwater City Commission holds a workshop at 9 a.m. at City Hall, 112 S Osceola Ave.

    Tuesday

    PINELLAS COUNTY COMMISSION: Pinellas County Commissioners meet at 9:30 a.m. on the 5th floor of the County Courthouse in Clearwater.

    ZONTA CLUB: Eva DeHart will talk about "For Haiti with Love,"an all-denominational Christian organization, at the meeting of Zonta Club of upper Pinellas at Robby's Pancake House, 1617 Gulf-to-Bay Blvd, Clearwater. The public is invited. For information contact Judy Gould at (727) 733-3405

    HALLOWEEN HAUNTING: Eight Dunedin businesses will get together and offer an event featuring a scavenger hunt, street performers, live music and more from 7:30 to 11 p.m. along Main Street. Start at Robbie's Studio and buy a $5 "clue card" and map. (727) 734-9226.

    CLEARWATER COMMISSION: The Clearwater City Commission meets at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 112 S Osceola Ave.

    MASQUERADE BALL: Event to benefit Friends of the Deaf Service Center, Inc. will be held from 7 to midnight at the Harborview Center, 300 Cleveland St. It is a costume ball featuring dinner, dancing and prizes. Tickets are $100, tables of eight are $800. (727) 399-9983.

    Saturday

    NATIVE AMERICAN FESTIVAL: More than 150 artists will sell their paintings, sculptures and other works at the Spirit of America-Native American and Wildlife Art Festival from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Coachman Park, 301 Drew St., Clearwater. There will also be plenty of entertainment. Tickets cost $5 for adults, $3 for children 4-16. A weekend pass is $8.

    PLAY: The Francis Wilson Playhouse will present the House on the Cliff through Nov. 4. Show times are 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sundays. Tickets for adults cost $12, students get in for $8. The playhouse is at 302 Seminole St., Clearwater. (727) 446-1360.
