WHO'S NEWS: Alternative Property Management and Real Estate Services has welcomed Bruce Root and Barry Grover back to Pasco County where they will head up the real estate division for Alternative Properties. Root and Grover, formerly with REMAX Advantage Realty Port Richey and REMAX Partners Fort Lauderdale, are consistent multimillion-dollar producers with 20 years of combined real estate experience.

Joan Rees, president of Gone Again Travel Inc., 5140 Main St., New Port Richey, completed a Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. seminar at sea aboard Celebrity's Millennium. She is accredited as an official Royal Caribbean International/Celebrity Cruises Travel Partner.

Star One announced that Linda Bigham has been promoted to office manager.

Susan K. Lindsay MSCN ARNP-CS has joined the practice of Dr. Roberta A. Mix at Trinity Outpatient Center in New Port Richey. Lindsay was born and raised in Winnipeg, Canada, and received her Bachelor of Nursing at McGill University in Montreal, her Master of Science in Nursing at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Program, USF, Tampa. Her clinical experience includes Pediatrics at the Pinellas County Health Department, USF Family Medical Clinics, Obstetrics and Gynecology at Bayfront Family Health Center and Adult Emergency Department at Tampa General Hospital. Her professional experience includes Family Nurse Practitioner at Town and Country Medical Center, Helen Ellis Walk in Clinic and in association with Dr. L. Templeman. She is married and has three children.
