Two Lutz men charged in fight over womanLUTZ -- Two Lutz men were arrested after a Saturday morning fight over a woman, Pasco County sheriff's deputies said. Joseph Marr, 20, of 20065 Leonard Road was charged with armed burglary and aggravated battery; and Steven Coonfield, 19, of the same address was charged with being an accessory after the fact. According to the men's arrest reports, they went to a home on Brickhouse Road on Saturday morning. The victim, whose name was not disclosed by sheriff's deputies, told investigators that he heard someone kick in the side door of his trailer. When he went to investigate, he found Marr, who accused him of "fooling around with" an undisclosed woman. The victim told deputies that he confronted Marr and the two parted ways. The victim said he went to a shed while Marr was walking to his truck, but then Marr followed him into the shed. The victim said Marr hit him in the head with a baseball bat. Coonfield told deputies that Marr got in his truck, and the two drove off for Masaryktown. Coonfield told deputies that he stopped the pickup so Marr could toss the bat into the woods. Sheriff's deputies reported they also found marijuana in Coonfield's truck. Marr told deputies it was his, but would not tell them where he bought it. Marr was being held on $65,250 bail at the Land O'Lakes jail Sunday night. Coonfield was released on $5,000 bail. © 2006 • All Rights Reserved • Tampa Bay Times
