District 45 Florida HouseBy Times staff © St. Petersburg Times, published November 1, 2000 State Rep. Mike Fasano, the Republican incumbent, is the only candidate who qualified to appear on the ballot in this race. He faces opposition from write-in candidate Doris S. Rosen, whose name will not appear. Democrat Tom Lincoln's name will appear on the ballot although he dropped out of the race in early October. Votes he receives will not be counted. The district includes parts of central and eastern Pasco County and a small portion of Hernando County.
