The two vehicles collided in the northbound lane. Velsor was taken to Largo Medical Center, where he was treated and released. Gulick and her daughter, Jennifer Gulick, 14, who was a passenger, were taken to Morton Plant Hospital, where they also were treated and released. Tammy Gulick was cited for making an improper left turn, police said.
