Downs Boulevard in New Tampa. A group of investors led by David Larson recently bought the 2-acre site on Galbraith Road, said Skipper Peek, vice president of Highwoods Properties. Construction is expected to start in the first four months of 2001, with an opening date set for the end of that year. The hotel will include conference rooms, Internet connections and a putting green. Larson is managing partner of the New Tampa Hospitality Group, which developed the nearby Wingate Inn on Dona Michelle Drive. NEW APARTMENTS: The Enclave Village Apartments in New Tampa has completed construction on several units and has one- and two-bedroom apartments available for rent. One-bedroom apartments lease for $725 to $755 a month. Two bedrooms go for $830 to $860. All come with microwave ovens and ceramic tile. The complex is located at 6000 Compton Estates Way.
