The Island Community Theater will hold open auditions for its January productions at 7 p.m. today and Friday at the Warren Webster Community Center, 1500 Pass-a-Grille Way, St. Pete Beach. A series of one-act plays will be staged as street productions in St. Pete Beach and Treasure Island. Call (727) 461-3897 or (727) 593-2738.
The Richey Suncoast Theatre will hold auditions for the upcoming presentation of Call Me Madam at 7 p.m. Nov. 19-20 at the theater, 6237 Grand Blvd., New Port Richey. The cast includes six women, ages 20-60, eight men, 20-50, and a chorus of men and women. Everyone auditioning must be prepared to read from the script and sing from the score. Specially prepared musical pieces also may be presented to the accompanist and performed. Call (727) 842-6777.
The Eight O'Clock Theatre will hold auditions for its production of Arsenic and Old Lace at 7 p.m. Nov. 27-28 in the Largo Cultural Center, 105 Central Park Drive, Largo. The cast requires two women over the age of 60, one woman, age 25, 11 men ages 25-70 and several other men for smaller supporting roles. Anyone interested should bring a resume and head shot or recent photo. Reading from a provided script is required, and prepared monologues are welcome. Call (727) 587-6751.
