1. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT LAKEVIEW DRIVE, OCT. 23, 11:40 A.M.: A northbound 1999 Mercedes ran a red light and hit a westbound 1993 Chevrolet van. The Mercedes driver, a 78-year-old man, was charged with disregarding a traffic signal and taken to University Community Hospital.

2. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT EHRLICH ROAD, OCT. 25, 4:35 P.M.: A southbound 1993 Nissan truck rear-ended and sideswiped a southbound 1994 Chevrolet. The Nissan driver, a 26-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

3. NEBRASKA AVENUE AT FLORIDA AVENUE, OCT. 25, 4:50 P.M.: A southbound 1998 Dodge truck rear-ended a 1999 Nissan. The Dodge driver, a 45-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

4. INTERSTATE 275 AT FLETCHER AVENUE, OCT. 25, 7:17 P.M.: A southbound 2000 Dodge rear-ended a 1989 Honda. The Dodge driver, a 34-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving.

5. HUTCHISON ROAD AT RAWLS ROAD, OCT. 27, 7:05 A.M.: A northbound 1982 Ford truck turned left in front of a southbound 1997 Toyota. The Ford driver, a 31-year-old man, was charged with violation of right-of-way. The Toyota driver, a 50-year-old woman, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

6. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT 132ND AVENUE, OCT. 27, 7:30 A.M: An eastbound 2000 Chevrolet pulled out into the path of a southbound 2000 Ford. The Ford driver, a 45-year-old woman, was charged with failure to yield right-of-way and taken to University Community Hospital.

7. DOUBLE RANCH ROAD AT HILLSBOROUGH AVENUE, OCT. 27, 9:11 A.M.: A southbound 1992 Chevrolet hit a 38-year-old man on a bicycle.The bicyclist fell to the roadway and complained of a head injury. He was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in good condition. The Chevrolet driver, a 61-year-old woman, was charged with no proof of insurance.

8. EHRLICH ROAD AT CARROLLWOOD MEADOWS, OCT. 27, 4:10 P.M.: A 1997 school bus pulled out in front of an eastbound 1987 Mercury. The Mercury skidded 25 feet to a stop and the rear wheels of the bus ran over the hood of the Mercury. The bus driver, a 62-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right-of-way.

9. FLETCHER AVENUE AT 15TH STREET, OCT. 27, 6:20 P.M.: A southbound 1993 Honda turned left into the path of a 1989 Ford van. The Honda driver, a 29-year-old man, was charged with violation of right-of-way and driving with a suspended license.

10. BEARSS AVENUE AT SKIPPER ROAD, OCT. 27, 6:25 P.M.: A westbound 1985 Chevrolet ran a red light and hit a northbound 1987 Honda. The Chevrolet driver, a 20-year-old man, was charged with disregarding a traffic signal. A passenger in the Chevrolet, a 16-year-old girl, was taken to University Community Hospital.

11. LAKEVIEW DRIVE AT SAGEBRUSH ROAD, OCT. 28, 12:30 A.M.: An eastbound 1999 Nissan was traveling over the speed limit, lost control around a curve, went off the road, ran over a stop sign and continued into a flower bed and some rocks. The driver, a 35-year-old woman, was charged with DUI with property damage and no insurance.

12. BEARSS AVENUE AT LAKE MAGDALENE BOULEVARD, OCT. 28, 4:30 A.M.: A speeding westbound 1991 Volkswagen lost control, hit a fire hydrant, mailbox and fence. The driver, a 20-year-old man, was charged with failure to use due care.

13. WATERS AVENUE AT MONTAGUE STREET, OCT. 28, 5:25 P.M.: A westbound 1992 Ford turned left into the path of an eastbound 2001 Infiniti. The Ford driver, a 33-year-old man, was charged with violation of right-of-way.

14. COMPTON HEIGHTS AT CAROL BAY, OCT. 28, 1:28 P.M.: An unknown westbound vehicle hit a parked 1995 Honda in a private parking lot and fled the scene.

15. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT NORTHDALE BOULEVARD, OCT. 28, 3:06 P.M.: A northbound 2000 Ford rear-ended a 1998 Ford, which then hit a 2000 Toyota. The 2000 Ford driver, a 21-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

16. FLETCHER AVENUE AT INTERSTATE 275, OCT. 28, 4:49 P.M.: An eastbound 1990 Oldsmobile turned left into the path of a westbound 1997 Nissan. The Oldsmobile driver, a 61-year-old woman, was charged with failure to yield right-of-way.

17. PLANTATION BOULEVARD AT GROVE POINT DRIVE, OCT. 29, 1:35 A.M.: An unknown westbound vehicle hit an eastbound 1999 Dodge. The Dodge driver, a 25-year-old man, swerved and went off the road.

18. GUNN HIGHWAY AT COSME ROAD, OCT. 29, 3:25 A.M.: A southbound 1991 Chevrolet truck lost control, went 275 feet off the roadway, hit a tree, spun around and hit a utility pole before it rolled onto its left side in a wooded area. The driver, 26, his passenger, a 16-year-old boy, were taken to St. Joseph's Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

19. SOUTH MOBLEY ROAD AT GUNN HIGHWAY, OCT. 29, 5:30 A.M.: A 1994 Ford overturned after missing a curve on an unfamiliar road in heavy fog. The passenger, a 29-year-old man, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

20. GUNN HIGHWAY AT HENDERSON ROAD, OCT. 29, 12:35 P.M.: A northbound 1998 Toyota pulled out in front of a 1994 Ford truck. The Ford skidded 30 feet and its trailer jack-knifed. The Toyota driver, a 57-year-old woman, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

21. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT BEARSS AVENUE, OCT. 29, 1:50 P.M.: A northbound 1997 Ford pickup rear-ended a 1993 Toyota. The Ford driver, a 19-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

22. SOUTH VILLAGE DRIVE AT LOWELL ROAD, OCT. 29, 11:43 P.M.: A 17-year-old girl driving north lost control of her 1997 Toyota on the wet roadway due to very worn tires and hit a tree in the median.

23. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT SOUTH VILLAGE ROAD, OCT. 30, 7:45 A.M.: A southbound 1999 Ford rear-ended a 2000 Chevrolet. The Ford driver, a 59-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

24. 46TH STREET AT FLETCHER AVENUE, OCT. 30, 1:20 P.M.: A 1999 northbound Chevrolet truck turned left in front of a southbound 1985 Toyota. The Chevrolet driver, a 75-year-old woman, was charged with an improper turn.

25. LINEBAUGH AVENUE AT SHELDON ROAD, OCT. 30, 3:49 P.M.: A westbound 1986 Toyota hit a southbound 1986 Toyota truck that was pulling out of a driveway. The truck spun around and overturned, partially ejecting the driver. The Toyota truck driver, a 65-year-old man, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital with neck and spine injuries. The Toyota car driver, a 20-year-old woman, complained of chest and back pain and was taken to Countryside Meese Hospital.

26. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT CARROLLWOOD SPRINGS DRIVE, OCT. 30, 4:30 P.M.: A westbound 1991 Mitsubishi made a U-turn into the path of a southbound 1999 Honda. The Mitsubishi driver, a 53-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right-of-way and taken to University Community Hospital. The Honda driver, a 20-year-old woman, was charged with driving with a suspended license.

27. NORTHDALE BOULEVARD AT MAPLEDALE BOULEVARD, OCT. 30, 6:10 P.M.: An eastbound 1998 Honda rear-ended a 1991 Nissan, pushing it into the rear of a 1988 Honda. The 1998 Honda driver, a 20-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving. The Nissan driver, a 46-year-old woman, was taken to University Community Hospital.

28. INTERSTATE 275 AT FLETCHER AVENUE, OCT. 31, 11:04 A.M.: A 2000 Mercury failed to yield and hit a 1985 Mercedes and a curb. The Mercury driver, a 63-year-old man, was charged with failing to yield at an intersection.

29. GUNN HIGHWAY AT SOUTH MOBLEY, OCT. 31, 12:45 P.M.: A northbound 1985 Ford driven by a 17-year-old girl rear-ended a 1995 Ford truck that had stopped for traffic, pushing the truck into the rear of a 1987 Dodge.

30. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT 138TH AVENUE, OCT. 31, 2:35 P.M.: An eastbound 1994 Mitsubishi turned left into the path of a 1995 Nissan. The Mitsubishi driver, a 26-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right-of-way.

31. SHELDON ROAD AT GARDNER ROAD, OCT. 31, 3:10 P.M.: A 1988 Nissan pulled out into the path of a northbound 1999 Toyota, which skidded 23 feet before colliding with the driver's side of the Nissan. The Nissan driver, an 83-year-old woman, was taken to Town & Country Hospital. Charges against her were pending at the time of the report.

32. BEARSS AVENUE AT NEBRASKA AVENUE, OCT. 31, 3:25 P.M.: A westbound 1997 Dodge rear-ended a 1990 Ford, pushing the Ford into the rear of a 1991 Mercedes. The Dodge driver, a 23-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

33. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT HAMILTON AVENUE, OCT. 31, 5:15 P.M.: A northbound 1984 Datsun rear-ended a 1993 Saturn. Both drivers pulled into a parking lot to look at the damage. The Datsun driver stated he had to leave to pay his phone bill, gave his first name and left the scene.

34. GUNN HIGHWAY AT COPELAND ROAD, OCT. 31, 5:55 P.M.: A southbound 2000 Pontiac crossed a double yellow line and hit a northbound 1996 Ford. The Pontiac continued south in the northbound lane and hit a 1999 Ford truck head-on. The Pontiac driver, a 28-year-old woman, was airlifted to St. Joseph's Hospital in critical condition. At the hospital, she admitted to talking on her cell phone and becoming distracted. She was charged with careless driving and going left of center.

35. RACE TRACK ROAD AT SOUTH MOBLEY ROAD, OCT. 31, 8:15 P.M.: A westbound 1985 Jeep pulled out in front of a southbound 1998 Dodge truck. The Jeep driver, a 49-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right-of-way.

36. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT BEARSS AVENUE, NOV. 1, 9:11 A.M.: A southbound 1998 Kia crossed a solid white line and hit a 1991 Buick. The Kia driver, a 21-year-old woman, was charged with improper passing in a no passing zone.

37. HUTCHISON ROAD AT NORTH MOBLEY ROAD, NOV. 1, 1 P.M.: A southbound 1995 Chevrolet was traveling over the speed limit, lost control, spun across the center lane and hit a northbound 2000 GMC. The Chevrolet driver, a 16-year-old girl, was charged with careless driving.

38. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT BEARSS AVENUE, NOV. 1, 1:32 P.M.: A northbound 1990 Honda pulled out of a driveway into the path of a 1994 Hyundai. The Hyundai braked but skidded into the rear of the Honda. The Honda driver, a 75-year-old man, was charged with violation of right-of-way.

39. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT LAKE CARROLL WAY, NOV. 1, 2:14 P.M.: A southbound 1990 Toyota rear-ended a 1986 Ford truck, pushing the truck into the rear of a 1990 Dodge. The Toyota driver, a 40-year-old man, was charged with failure to use due care.

40. GUNN HIGHWAY AT RACE TRACK ROAD, NOV. 1, 4 P.M.: An eastbound 1991 GMC turned left into the path of a southbound 1988 Honda. The GMC driver, a 53-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right-of-way and no valid driver's license.

41. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT FLETCHER AVENUE, NOV. 2, 2:50 A.M.: A northbound 1994 Ford truck rear-ended a 1993 Mack truck. The Ford driver, a 42-year-old woman, was taken to University Community Hospital.

42. COMMERCE PALMS BOULEVARD AT BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD, NOV. 2, 11:08 A.M.: A westbound 1999 Chevrolet truck rolled backwards into a 1992 Mercury. The Chevrolet driver, a 48-year-old man, stated he has been having brake problems.

43. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT FLETCHER AVENUE, NOV. 2, 11:25 A.M.:A northbound 1994 Ford rear-ended a 1998 Honda. The Ford driver, a 23-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

44. FLETCHER AVENUE AT DALE MABRY HIGHWAY, NOV. 2, 12:13 P.M.: A westbound 1995 Jeep rear-ended a 1986 Ford. The Jeep driver, a 34-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving.

45. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT VAN DYKE ROAD, NOV. 2, 2 P.M.: A northbound 1998 Chevrolet rear-ended a 1994 Nissan. The Chevrolet driver, a 60-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

46. LINEBAUGH AVENUE AT SHELDON ROAD, NOV. 2, 10:15 P.M.: An eastbound 1998 Suzuki lost control after swerving to avoid an unknown vehicle, and overturned in the median. The driver, an 18-year-old woman, complained of minor aches and possible glass in her eye but refused treatment at the scene.
