LINDSEY MOFFENBIER -- East Bay girls cross country: Won the Class 3A, Region cross country meet in Winter Haven on Nov. 11. The Indians' distance runner completed the 3 miles in 18 minutes, 15 seconds to earn a trip to states even though her team did not qualify.

CARTER CROSBY -- Plant boys swimming: A two-event winner in last week's Class 2A, District 6 meet at Bobby Hicks Pool. The versitle senior won the 100 freestyle and 100 backstroke events.

TOMMY POLLOCK -- Plant City boys swimming: Won both his individual events in the Class 3A, District 5 meet last week. The senior sprinter won the 50- and 100-yard freestyle events.

JASON KOCHALKA -- Berkeley Prep football: Scored 22 points in the Bucs' 60-7 victory over Indian Rocks Christian last week. Caught two passes for touchdowns, kicked a 31-yard field goal and booted seven extra points.
