Compiled from Times wires Arnold's movie back onCollateral Damage, an Arnold Schwarzenegger terrorist thriller whose release was postponed after Sept. 11, has been rescheduled for Feb. 8. The film originally was slotted for October. "We made the decision to hold Collateral Damage because it was the right thing to do, and we needed to let America grieve and heal following the attack on our nation," said Dan Fellman, Warner Bros.' head of distribution. The studio set a new release date after a recent screening for a test audience, which reacted positively, Fellman said. Schwarzenegger plays a Los Angeles firefighter on a revenge mission against the Colombian terrorist whose bomb killed his wife and son. Fox gets edge on CNNFor the first time since Sept. 11, Fox News Channel has eclipsed CNN in households during prime time. Fox News averaged 1.04-million households in prime time the week of Nov. 4, compared with CNN's 931,000, Variety says, even though CNN is available in 11-million more homes. MSNBC averaged 476,000 households. Five Fox News programs, including President Bush's Nov. 8 address and The O'Reilly Factor, were among the top 50 basic cable ad-supported programs. CNN was represented once, for its coverage of the stolen truck chase in Texas on Nov. 7. CNN continued to dominate in total day viewers, averaging 708,000 households, compared with Fox News' 617,000. TV notesHoward Stern's weekly syndicated late-night series ended its three-year run Saturday, a possible victim of falling ratings and racy content, Variety said.
