DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT FLETCHER AVENUE, NOV. 1, 3:19 A.M.: An eastbound 1997 Ford lost control, went off the road, hit a concrete barrier wall head-on, continued forward, hit a sign post and traveled across the westbound lanes before coming to a final stop. The driver, a 25-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving. 2. BRUCE B. DOWN BOULEVARD AT BEARSS AVENUE, NOV. 1, 9:11 A.M.: A southbound 1998 Kia crossed a solid white line into the path of a 1991 Buick. The Kia driver, a 21-year-old woman, was charged with passing in a no-passing zone. 3. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT BEARSS AVENUE, NOV. 1, 1:32 P.M.: A northbound 1990 Honda pulled out of a driveway into the path of a 1994 Hyundai. The Hyundai driver, a 17-year-old-woman, tried to brake but instead skidded and ran into the rear of the Honda. The Honda driver, a 75-year-old man, was charged with violation of right-of-way. 4. INTERSTATE 75 AT FOWLER AVENUE, NOV. 1, 2:40 P.M.: A northbound 1997 Acura rear-ended a 1994 Chevrolet truck. The Acura driver, a 22-year-old man, was charged with careless driving. 5. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT FLETCHER AVENUE, NOV. 2, 11:25 A.M.: A northbound 1994 Ford rear-ended a 1998 Honda. The Ford driver, a 23-year-old man, was charged with careless driving. 6. FLETCHER AVENUE AT DALE MABRY HIGHWAY, NOV. 2, 12:13 P.M.: A westbound 1995 Jeep truck rear-ended a 1986 Ford. The Jeep driver, a 34-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving. 7. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT FLETCHER AVENUE, NOV. 2, 11:50 P.M.: An eastbound 2000 Mazda turned left into the path of a 1995 Ford. The Mazda driver, an 18-year-old woman, was charged with turning left in front of approaching traffic. 8. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT VAN DYKE ROAD, NOV. 2, 2 P.M.: A northbound 1998 Chevrolet rear-ended a 1994 Nissan. The Chevrolet driver, a 60-year-old man, was charged with careless driving. 9. TARPON SPRINGS ROAD AT SPENCER ROAD, NOV. 3, 12:30 P.M.: An eastbound 1992 Buick pulled out of a driveway into the path of a 2000 Ford truck. The Buick driver, a 62-year-old woman, had a car full of clothes that were completely blocking her passenger side view. She was charged with violation of right-of-way and no proof of insurance. 10. FLETCHER AVENUE AT LAKE MAGDALENE, NOV. 3, 4:05 P.M.: An eastbound 1983 Toyota turned left into the path of a westbound 1993 Saturn. The Toyota driver, a 20-year-old man, was charged with turning left in front of approaching traffic. The injured were taken to University Community Hospital. 11. MORRIS BRIDGE ROAD AT INTERSTATE 75, NOV. 3, 4:42 P.M.: A southbound 1999 Chevrolet turned left in front of a 1999 Honda truck. The Chevrolet driver, a 26-year-old man, was charged with violation of right-of-way and taken to University Community Hospital. 12. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT BEARSS AVENUE, NOV. 3, 7:30 P.M.: A northbound 1992 Honda rear-ended a 1994 Ford truck. The Honda driver, a 34-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving. She complained of back pain but refused treatment. 13. SEAFORD CIRCLE AT BEARSS AVENUE, NOV. 4, 3:45 P.M.: A northbound 1980 Kawasaki motorcycle lost control, hit a cement curb and was thrown from the motorcycle. The driver, a 39-year-old man, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital with minor injuries. 14. CASEY ROAD AT PINE HOLLOW DRIVE, NOV. 5, 12:20 P.M.: A northbound 1992 Saturn crossed the center line and hit a southbound 1995 Honda head-on. The injured were taken to St. Joseph's Hospital. 15. GUNN HIGHWAY AT TARPON SPRINGS ROAD, NOV. 5, 8 A.M.: An eastbound 1998 Isuzu truck ran a red light and hit a southbound 1999 Dodge. The Dodge spun counter clockwise and hit a northbound 2000 Ford, causing the Ford to hit a 1996 Chevrolet truck head-on. The Isuzu driver, a 30-year-old woman, and the Dodge driver, a 27-year-old woman, were taken to Town & Country Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The Isuzu driver was charged with running a red light. 16. CITRUS PARK DRIVE AT GUNN HIGHWAY, NOV. 5, 4:10 P.M.: An eastbound 1999 Dodge rear-ended a 2000 Nissan van, causing moderate damage. The Dodge driver, a 16-year-old girl, was charged with following too closely. The Nissan driver, a 34-year-old woman, was taken to University Community Hospital Carrollwood. 17. CEDAR CREEK BOULEVARD AT LEMON TREE COURT, NOV. 5, 5:35 P.M.: A westbound 2000 Honda was traveling 50 mph in a 35 mph speed limit, lost control and spun off the road into heavy brush, causing heavy damage. The driver, a 26-year-old man, was charged with DUI, leaving the scene and driving with a suspended license. 18. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT STALL ROAD, NOV. 7, 10:41 A.M.: A southbound 1990 Ross bicycle rode into the path of a 1998 Jeep. The bicyclist, a 77-year-old man, was charged with going the wrong way on a one-way street and was taken to University Community Hospital Carrollwood. The Jeep driver, a 62-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving. 19. FLORIDA AVENUE AT CRYSTAL LAKE ROAD, NOV. 7, 5:45 P.M.: A northbound 1988 Buick turned left into the path of a 1997 Nissan truck. The Buick driver, a 47-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right-of-way and failure to report a crash. 20. EHRLICH ROAD AT DALE MABRY HIGHWAY, NOV. 7, 7:47 P.M.: An southbound 1997 Saturn turned left into the path of an eastbound 1997 Nissan. The Saturn driver, a 30-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right-of-way. 21. GUNN HIGHWAY AT BEATY GROVE DRIVE, NOV. 8, 6:25 A.M.: A northbound 1988 Honda rear-ended a 1997 Honda. The 1988 Honda driver, a 29-year-old man, sustained cuts to his forehead but refused treatment. He was charged with careless driving. 22. LINEBAUGH AVENUE AT NIXON ROAD, NOV. 8, 5:20 P.M.: An eastbound 1998 Dodge truck changed lanes into the side of a 1996 Dodge truck. The 1998 Dodge driver, a 26-year-old man, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital. 23. LIVINGSTON AVENUE AT REGAL OAKS LANE, NOV. 8, 5:20 P.M.: A westbound 1998 Ford pulled out in front of a northbound 1999 Honda motorcycle. The Ford driver, a 35-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right-of-way. The motorcyclist, a 49-year-old man, gave a name that did not match his description. A search resulted in a pawn ticket with his correct identity and he admitted his alias was the name of his deceased friend. He was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license with injury and providing a false name to law enforcement.
