Carrollwood

YBOR RESTAURANT EXPANDS TO NORTH TAMPA: After 25 years in Ybor City, Don Quijote Cafeteria has opened a Carrollwood store, in the Cascades of Carrollwood shopping center, 13002 N Dale Mabry Highway.

The restaurant serves Cuban and Spanish foods such as roast pork, yellow rice, baked chicken, black beans and fried plantains. They are open for lunch and dinner. The restaurant seats 78 inside and about 32 at an outdoor patio, said owner Jose Lopez.

Don Quijote used to be in Ybor Square.

New Tampa

CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE IN PEBBLE CREEK: Cox Family Chiropractic has opened in the Pebble Creek Collection at 19561 Bruce B. Downs Blvd.

The office specializes in back treatments for people who suffer from automobile and work-related injuries.

Most insurance plans are accepted.

The opening marks the second for Dr. Stephen Cox, who also has an office in Brandon.

Grand opening festivities are set for Dec. 2. Clients who bring in canned or dry goods for charity will receive free services. For information, call (813) 994-2266.
