Downs Boulevard in New Tampa. The office specializes in back treatments for people who suffer from automobile and work-related injuries. Most insurance plans are accepted. The opening marks the second for Stephen Cox, who also has an office in Brandon. Grand opening festivities are planned next Saturday . PEDIATRICIAN STARTS HIS OWN PRACTICE IN AREA: Physician Stephen Pacetti opened New Tampa Pediatrics this month. The office at 18302 Highwoods Preserve, behind Muvico Theaters, cares for newborns to 21-year-old patients. Pacetti is starting out on his own after being part of a group practice in Zephyrhills the past 10 years and two years in Pennsylvania. He did his residency at Children's Hospital of New Jersey in Newark and a one-year fellowship in neonatal intensive care at St. Joseph's Hospital in Patterson, NJ. Pacetti is on call 24 hours a day. CarrollwoodICE CREAM SHOP CLOSES: Flashbacks Ice Cream and Coffee Cafe has served its last cone and mug of java. The corner coffee shop opened in the Bourbon Street Plaza shopping center on Ehrlich Road in March 1998. It closed in the last month, said leasing agent Karen Arrington "I came in on a Sunday after church and they were gone," Arrington said. The shop was owned by Long Island natives Tom Bletsch and brothers Eric and Edward Karpoich, and had a reputation for nostalgia. It was decorated with large posters of Marilyn Monroe and James Dean and had a black-and-white tiled floor and a jukebox that played standards from rock's heyday. For a time, classic car buffs held weekly rallies at the shop. NorthdaleOFFICE COMPLEX DEVELOPS: The Wilson Co. recently broke ground on a new business and office complex on Northdale Boulevard. Northdale Executive Center II, scheduled to open in April, will be a "cousin" to the existing three-story office building next door, said leasing agent Jan Chaffee. This second phase building will have 50,000 square feet of office space on two floors. "It's going to be a multitenant building for professional organizations, an assortment of professional type businesses," Chaffee said. Citrus ParkFABRIC STORE EXPANDS: Jo-Ann Stores Inc., the nation's largest fabric and craft retailer, opened Jo-Ann Etc. two weeks ago at the Plaza at Citrus Park, 12635 Citrus Park Drive. Jo-Ann Etc. is the company's newest brand, with stores three times larger than the traditional stores, featuring a full schedule of educational programs, new custom services in furniture, framing and floral arrangements and expanded fabric and crafting products.
