BEARS: Marcus Robinson, Chicago's top receiver, had only one catch for minus-3 yards against the Jets. ... The team lost cornerback Walt Harris (right knee sprain) and tight end Dustin Lyman (shoulder stinger).

CARDINALS: Arizona was penalized 12 times for 99 yards. ... The team has allowed 14 sacks in the past two games, six to the Giants. ... Third-string quarterback Chris Greisen made his first NFL appearance late in the game.

COWBOYS: Counting the post-season, Dallas is 39-41 since its last Super Bowl. ... Dallas will spend more than $10-million of next year's salary-cap money on players no longer with the team.

EAGLES: Philadelphia clinched its first winning season since 1996, when it went 10-6. From 1997-99 the franchise was 14-35-1. ... Linebacker Ike Reese sprained his shoulder. ... While quarterback Donovan McNabb rushed for 125 yards on 11 carries, Philadelphia running backs had 15 carries for 46 yards.

FALCONS: Atlanta was playing in Oakland for the first time since 1979. ... A streak of 25 straight possessions without allowing a touchdown ended early in the second quarter. ... Atlanta lost its fourth straight and ninth in the last 10 games.

49ERS: Running back Garrison Hearst, though activated from the physically-unable-to-perform list, likely will not play the next couple of weeks. The team will see how well he does in practice by the middle of next month to determine if he can be the main back next year.

GIANTS: Joe Jurevicius, making his first start, made three catches for 37 yards on New York's first drive against Arizona and six for 70. Jurevicius was playing for Ike Hilliard, sidelined with a bruised lung. ... Left tackle Lomas Brown left in the first half with a sprained ankle.

LIONS: Detroit has played 21 teams in the annual Thanksgiving Day game since the first one in 1934, when it lost 19-16 to Chicago. Detroit's record on the holiday is 32-27-2. ... In its eight wins, the team has 19 more takeaways than giveaways. In four losses, it has six more giveaways than takeaways.

PACKERS: Going into Monday's game, Green Bay had scored at least 30 points in all four meetings against Carolina. It was 2-0 at Carolina's Ericcson Stadium.

PANTHERS: The team had given up 49 sacks going into Monday's game. It had also allowed 4.4 yards a rush. ... With Tim Biakabutuka hurt (turf toe), third-string quarterback Dameyune Craig has seen time at running back and on the punt return team.

RAMS: Trent Green was 20-of-41 for 298 yards but fell to 1-3 as a starter this season. ... Az-Zahir Hakim returned four punts for a 20-yard average.

REDSKINS: Washington, missing Stephen Davis, had 44 rushing yards on 19 attempts. The team tried five running plays on goal-to-go situations in the second half: Adrian Murrell ran three times for 2 yards, Skip Hicks twice for minus-1 yard. ... Seventeen of the past 19 games in the series against the Eagles have been decided by seven points or fewer.

SAINTS: Linebacker Keith Mitchell has a clause that pays him for making big plays (fumble recoveries, forced fumbles, interceptions, sacks and touchdowns). He earned $225,000 for his ninth big play, $225,000 for 11.5 sacks, and another $225,000 for 12.5 sacks. If he makes 14 such plays, he'll earn the maximum bonus of $900,000. ... Defensive end Joe Johnson sacked Oakland's Rich Gannon twice last week to give him nine for the season and a $1-million bonus.

VIKINGS: After being released by the Chiefs, defensive back Cris Dishman signed a three-year, $5.25-million deal, but was released Sunday. Because he was on the opening-day roster, Dishman earns his $500,000 salary for the season, and a $250,000 signing bonus will be spread over three years.
