TAMPA -- Bucs coach Tony Dungy and his wife, Lauren, have adopted an infant boy.

Dungy has three other children: daughter Tiara, 15; and sons James, 13, and Eric, 8.

The adoption of the 12-week-old boy was officially completed Monday.

"It's a little boy. We've had him a while now," Dungy said. "He's probably 21/2 months old now.

"We're trying to do it as normal as possible."

Dungy, 45, declined to disclose the child's name.

"It's been different in our house," Dungy said. "But again, we're trying to keep it as low key as possible."
