More holiday events with a historical flavor

The Henry B. Plant Museum, 401 W Kennedy Blvd., Tampa, offers the Victorian Christmas Stroll, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily starting Saturday, through Dec. 23. Complimentary cider and cookies served on the veranda every day, and soloists and ensembles perform seasonal music nightly from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under. The Brooksville Heritage Museum, 601 Museum Court, offers a Christmas Tour of Yesteryear on Dec. 8 starting at noon. The event includes carriage rides, a Christmas tour of the 1856 May-Stringer house, where the museum is located, and a Victorian candlelit tour from 6 to 9 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults and $1 for children. Heritage Village, 11909 125th St. N, Largo, will offer "Worldwide Wonders & Holiday Cheer" at 10 a.m. Dec. 8. Storytellers will entertain with multicultural folk tales and holiday traditions. Throughout the season, the 23 structures on the grounds of the historical village and museum will be adorned with Christmas decorations. (727) 582-2123.
