The Hernando Education Foundation recently announced the two dozen recipients of its fall mini-grants. Twice a year, the program helps provide money for special classroom education projects not covered by regular school funding.
In applying for the grants, which range from about $150 to $500, recipients had to show the educational benefits of their projects. Here are the winners.
