FREE RESTAURANT: St. Christopher's Episcopal Church offers free food at Cafe Cristo from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Saturday and from 5:15 to to 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday at the church, 6211 Memorial Highway, Tampa. Cafe Cristo offers multiple entrees on Saturday and soup, salad, pizza and sandwiches on Tuesday and Thursday. The food is free. Call (813) 884-7166.

GIFT FAIR: Hope Presbyterian Church hosts its first gift fair and bake sale at 10 a.m. through 3 p.m todayat the church, 826 S Miller Road, Valrico. Holiday wreaths, centerpieces and baked goods will be sold. The Saturday Night Alive service will follow the event at 6 p.m. Call (813) 684-4689.

ADVENT SERVICES: Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church offers candlelight Advent lessons and carols at 5 p.m. Sunday at the church, 509 E Twiggs St., Tampa. The St. Andrew's Choir of Adults and guest musicians will present choral and organ works of Bach and Handel along with familiar Advent season carols. The event is immediately followed by a Christmas party in the hall and courtyard. The lessons, carols and party are free. An offering will be taken for St. Andrew's music. Call (813) 221-2035.

ADVENT SERVICE: Tims Memorial Presbyterian Church celebrates Advent at 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Sundayat the church, 601 Sunset Lane, Lutz. The Rev. Jean Cooley will speak on Putting Jesus Back into Christmas and an Advent devotional book will be distributed. Call (813) 949-1239.

ADVENT CONCERT: Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church offers an Advent and Lenten short concert at 12:30 p.m. Wednesdayin the church, 509 E Twiggs St., Tampa. The half hour recital features organ settings of Savior of the Nations, Come by J.S. Bach, Buxtehude, Near and Smith. The music is free. Call (813) 221-2035.

TLC: First United Methodist Church of Lutz hosts TLC classes at 6 p.m. Wednesdayat the church, 207 W. Lake Fern Road, Lutz. The evening includes dinner and worship. A special program offers sports-oriented fun for children ages 3 through fifth grade. Classes are offered for youths and adults. RSVP by Monday. TLC is free. Call (813) 949-1751.

HOLIDAY PERFORMANCE: Bay Life Church in Brandon presents Four Tickets to Christmas Dessert Theater at 7:30 p.m. on Fridayand at 4 and 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the church, 1017 N Kingsway Road., Brandon. The musical is a family oriented presentation filled with humor, drama and music. Tickets are $10 and must be purchased in advance. Call (813) 661-3696.

DONATIONS NEEDED: Concerned Action In Christ sponsors its 13th annual "Santa's Surprise," a program that helps needy families during the holiday season.
