1. LUTZ-LAKE FERN ROAD AT ANGEL LANE, NOV. 23, 8 A.M.: A southbound 1983 Chevrolet truck ran a stop sign and broadsided a westbound 1994 semi-tractor trailer. The injured were taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

2. CARROLLWOOD SPRINGS BOULEVARD AT DALE MABRY HIGHWAY, NOV. 24, 5 P.M.: An eastbound 1999 Toyota rear-ended a 1995 Honda. The Toyota driver, a 42-year-old woman, said that she thought the other vehicle turned right. She was charged with careless driving and taken to University Community Hospital.

3. RACE TRACK ROAD AT COUNTRYWAY BOULEVARD, NOV. 25, 12:10 P.M.: A westbound 1997 Dodge truck turned left into the path of a southbound 2002 Buick truck. The injured were taken to Town & Country and Memorial hospitals.

4. CASEY ROAD AT SUMMER OAK DRIVE, NOV. 25, 7:45 P.M: An eastbound 1999 Mercedes failed to yield at an intersection and hit a northbound 1994 Ford. The Mercedes driver, a 42-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way.

5. NEBRASKA AVENUE AT SUNSET LANE, NOV. 25, 7:47 P.M.: A southbound 1997 Jeep truck turned left into the path of a northbound 1998 Isuzu truck. The Jeep driver, a 65-year-old man, was charged with violation of a traffic control device. The Isuzu driver, a 50-year-old man, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

6. BONNEVILLE DRIVE AT AKITA DRIVE, NOV. 25, 9:05 P.M.: A 1995 Chevrolet was headed westbound when it hit a 40-year-old man as he crossed the street to get his dog. The pedestrian was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital. The Chevrolet driver, a 14-year-old girl, was charged with exceeding a safe speed limit and no valid driver's license. The pedestrian was charged with displaying another's drivers license.

7. ARMENIA AVENUE AT PINE LAKE DRIVE, NOV. 25, 10:20 P.M.: A westbound 1992 Chevrolet crossed the intersection to go around a northbound 1988 Ford in the intersection. The Chevrolet hit the Ford broadside. The Ford driver, a 54-year-old woman, said that she was lost and looking for a street and thought the intersection was a four-way stop. She was charged with violation of right of way and taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

8. BEARSS AVENUE AT N 18TH STREET, NOV. 26, 6:44 A.M. A northbound 1993 Nissan pulled out of an intersection and turned left into the path of an eastbound 1995 Ford truck. The Nissan driver, a 35-year-old man, was charged with failure to yield right of way and taken to University Community Hospital.

9. VETERANS EXPRESSWAY AT GUNN HIGHWAY, NOV. 26, 7:32 A.M.: A southbound 1997 Nissan rear-ended a 2000 Ford, pushing the Ford into the rear of a 1999 Mercury. The Nissan driver, a 38-year-old woman, was charged with following too closely.

10. FLETCHER AVENUE AT N 15TH STREET, NOV. 26, 8:13 A.M.: An eastbound 1990 Pontiac rear-ended a 2001 Nissan. The Pontiac driver, a 59-year-old man, was charged with following too closely.

11. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT CAMPUS HILL DRIVE, NOV. 26, 3:45 P.M.: A northbound 1997 Toyota turned left into the path of a southbound 1979 Chevrolet truck. The Toyota driver, a 51-year-old woman, was charged with violation of right of way.

12. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT CARROLLWOOD SPRINGS BOULEVARD, NOV. 26, 4:30 P.M.: An eastbound 1998 Lincoln van was driving through a parking lot, ran through the stop sign on the pavement and hit a southbound 2001 Ford. Police observed the writing on the pavement was very worn and unreadable.

13. FLETCHER AVENUE AT BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD, NOV. 26, 4:45 P.M.: A westbound 1995 Nissan truck rear-ended a 2002 Lexus that stopped suddenly for heavy traffic.

14. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT LAKE CARROLL WAY, NOV. 26, 9:45 P.M.: A northbound 1994 Honda making an illegal U-turn sideswiped a 1996 Toyota in the next lane. The Honda driver, a 28-year-old man, was charged with improper lane change and taken to University Community Hospital Carrollwood.

15. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT HUMPHREY STREET, NOV. 27, 7:20 A.M.: A southbound 2000 Toyota went into the bike lane to pass traffic when it hit a northbound 1999 Dodge van that was turning left. The Toyota driver, a 27-year-old woman, was charged with improper passing.

16. LIVINGSTON AVENUE AT GREEN MEADOW DRIVE, NOV. 27, 11:23 A.M.: A 63-year-old man was headed north in a 1995 Mercury when his foot slipped off the brake and hit the accelerator. The vehicle hit the side of a 1999 Buick and the mirror on a 1983 Mercedes. The Mercury accelerated off the road and hit a tree head-on. The Mercury driver was charged with careless driving.

17. BRUCE B. DOWNS BOULEVARD AT 138TH AVENUE, NOV. 27, 11:40 A.M.: A northbound 2000 Honda broadsided a westbound 1995 Chevrolet while trying to clear a path for an ambulance en route to an emergency. The Chevrolet driver, an 84-year-old woman, decided to go into the northbound lanes instead of moving to the safety area or making a U-turn. The injured were taken to Tampa General and University Community hospitals.

18. GUNN HIGHWAY AT S MOBLEY ROAD, NOV. 27, 7:55 P.M.: An eastbound 1997 Dodge pulled out of a gas station and hit a 15-year-old boy on a bicycle. The bicyclist rode in front of the vehicle. The boy said he thought the driver had seen him. The mother came to the scene and refused treatment for the boy.

19. LINEBAUGH AVENUE AT MONTAGUE STREET, NOV. 28, 7:30 A.M.: A westbound 1996 Ford rear-ended a 1991 Honda at a stop sign. The Ford driver, a 28-year-old man, was charged with careless driving. The Honda driver, a 22-year-old woman, was charged with driving with a suspended license and taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

20. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT LAKE CARROLL WAY, NOV. 28, 7:40 A.M.: A southbound 1997 Ford truck rear-ended a 1999 Dodge. The impact pushed the Dodge into the rear of a 2000 Mazda, pushing the Mazda into the rear of another 1997 Ford truck. The first Ford truck driver, an 18-year-old man, was charged with careless driving.

21. FLORIDA AVENUE AT 124TH AVENUE, NOV 28, 3:05 P.M.: A southbound 1997 freight truck turned left into the path of a northbound 1986 Honda. The Honda driver, an 18-year-old woman, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

22. 139TH AVENUE AT 19TH STREET, NOV. 28, 11:20 P.M.: A northbound 1992 Oldsmobile turned left when the right tires went into a deep ditch. The vehicle continued down into the ditch, rolled over onto its side and came to rest on its roof. The driver, a 28-year-old man, was taken to Tampa General Hospital.

23. DALE MABRY HIGHWAY AT BUSCH BOULEVARD, NOV. 29, 8:24 A.M.: A 1993 Honda rear-ended a 1997 Buick that was stopped for heavy traffic. The Honda driver, a 20-year-old woman, was charged with careless driving and no proof of insurance.

24. SHELDON ROAD AT FAWN RIDGE BOULEVARD, NOV. 29, 10:53 A.M.: An eastbound 1997 Chevrolet truck turned left into the path of a southbound 1995 Chevrolet. The 1997 Chevrolet driver, a 21-year-old man, was charged with violation of right of way. A passenger in the 1995 Chevrolet, a 74-year-old woman, was taken to Town & Country Hospital.

25. FLORIDA AVENUE AT FLETCHER AVENUE, NOV. 29, 12:10 A.M.: A northbound 2000 Harley Davidson motorcycle skidded into the rear of a 1996 Kawasaki motorcycle. The Harley driver, a 40-year-old man, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

26. LINEBAUGH AVENUE AT DALE MABRY HIGHWAY, NOV. 29, 4 P.M.: An eastbound 2001 Ford rear-ended a 2000 Dodge van that was stopped for a red light.

27. WAREHAM DRIVE AT FAIRCHILD DRIVE, NOV. 29, 4:30 P.M.: A westbound 1988 Toyota backed into a mailbox. The driver, a 32-year-old woman, was charged with improper backing.
